Ideally situated for those who are travelling the Mother Road. Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is very cramped unless you eat outside which we did in the sunshine. The motel is good value for money so don't forget you get what you pay for.

We were welcomed by very friendly staff and offered a warm drink on arrival. The motel has an older look, but trust me: the interior of the room is brand new and the rooms offer you all comfort with a fresh look including paintings on the wall. The breakfast is standard for a motel. Very good value for what we've...

There are lots of older independent motels in Flagstaff, and many of them haven't been updated since the 70's. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern furnishings in the Canyon Inn. For the budget conscious, I would highly recommend this motel. Check in process was quick and courteous. They offer full breakfast in the morning. Room and linens...

I booked a hotel stay here for some work employees but the reservation had to be cancelled a couple days before by an employee of mine, which I was unaware of. I got a call from the front desk and a women started screaming at me. She wanted to know if I had cancelled my reservation or if I hadn't....

Dear Bryan, I am sorry to hear that our staff was rude to you over the phone in regards to a cancelled reservation. Our staff has been spoken to about this complaint. Again, I cannot express how unfortunate this is to hear about. I do apologize. We hope that you may use our hotel in the future. -Canyon Inn Management

We drove into Flagsaff after dark, and the first motel we stopped at had no vacancy, and this conveniently located motel looked good from the road. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the desk, and during the ensuing conversation I found out she was originally from Tennessee. She recommended a nearby restaurant "Granny's Closet" for supper. Someone else...

Poor customer service has the potential to costyour business customers before they even buy a thing. When new patrons walk into a business and find themselves ignored, talked down to or subjected to long lines and uneducated employees, they might head for the door before they even reach for their wallets. Anything that makes it challenging or unpleasant for a person...

Very low class. Don't do it. Don't bother wasting your money here. The staff is horrible. You can't even ask them anything about the area. They live there but don't have any clue where landmarks are. Please re-train staff

Don't do it. The motel is on the main road so you won't get a bit of sleep. The rooms feel dirty and horrible. They are decorated in dark colours which doesn't help. The breakfast was awful. Do yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE else.

My son is a student at NAU and we have stayed at this Motel approx. 4 times with no problems. Stayed over Thanksgiving and after the second night of coming back to our room and the beds not being made I went to the office to see what was wrong. I was not angry, just curious as to why the...

To be a one star hotel, it has a 5 star quality. I was visiting Flagstaff during the Labor Day weekend and the first motel I have reserved for would not let me check in until 3pm and I got off the greyhound at 7am. These great people at the Canyon inn helped me greatly. I was able to check...
