Our room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is ok, but not worth $12. This is our second stay here and we will stay again. An overall good experience. It can be expensive but if you are a Marriott member you can get some special pricing using the app.

This property is clean. The breakfast is hot and has multiple choices. The front desk staff are attentive to your needs. They were extra kind putting us on the ground floor by the exit for,our dog. A great value.

Dear Edward S, Thank you so much for staying with us! We appreciate your taking the time to let us know how we did! We try to make sure we have many different choices for our breakfast so that everyone can have something that they enjoy! And we have been focusing our training on Guest Services so I'm glad that...

I always stay at this location when in town for work because Flagstaff doesn't offer too many comfortable choices. The last 2 times I have stayed here I have experienced rude employees, dirty rooms, hard beds, and drunk people making noise all throughout the night. I even called the front desk the last time I stayed in the middle of...

Dear Heather H, I apologize that your experience with us wasn't up to your, or our, standards. Please be assured that this will be used as a training moment for the front desk staff. I am very sorry that our front desk didn't explain that because you booked through a third party our system will not print out a receipt....

Everything was FIRST CLASS at this fine establishment...(Except the Lumberjacks did thump our U of M GRIZZLIES...)... the rooms were clean, the restaurant and bar were convenient, the pool and hot tub was cozy and the service was classy and the location was close to the NAU "Dome"...

Dear James L P, Thank you very much for staying with us! We are very glad that you had a good time here with us! I wish I could apologize for the Lumberjacks beating your Grizzlies but as a NAU graduate, I'm a bit biased!! We hope to see you again! We had a very late arrival about 1am and had the honor of the night auditor Joe check us in and take care of our needs. Our room was at a nice 72 degrees just what we needed driving 5 hours. The next morning we had the breakfast 3 adults and one 4 year old, we have not ate this...

A group of us drove up from Scottsdale to attend the North Pole Experience. We each reserved a room well in advance for one night. My daughter called ahead to see if one room could be ready when we got there as the infant and toddler needed a nap before the "Big Event"! They told her they would try. When...

Upon arrival, our room smelled and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The carpet and floor in the room and bathroom were filthy and there was a distinct odor. They quickly moved us to a new room, which smelled better but there was still hair in the bathtub. Ew. Also we had requested extra sheets and pillows for the pullout...

We appreciate your valued feedback. We apologize for the rooms not being cleaned up to standards, as well as the slow front desk staff. We will speak with both departments to find out what happened and correct the issue moving forward. Thank you so very much for being a Marriott Elite Member!

The hotel is located in the heart of Flagstaff. It has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, and a fireplace outside. It is near shops and many restaurants within walking distance . They also have room service. Beds are clean and comfy. If you want to go sledding than you would have to drive about 7 to 8 minutes to the...

Nice hotel with very nice staff. My only complaint is the TV's - both in the rooms and in the gym. There was no guide in the room and the time to change channels was painful. The tv on the one treadmill that was working didn't work. I called the front desk 5 times and no answer. I just wanted...
