You can hear loud music and trashy people talking from Atrium. There are frequent door slamming and people yelling from their rooms.Sheraton should disassociate from this hotel. I know it is Springfield but I thought Sheraton has more class. The experience staying here makes me think twice about going to any Sheraton in the future. Don't let the relatively nice...

Stayed here for business- very disappointing experience. The hotel seems very out of date, especially for a Sheraton. Old television in which half of the channels barely worked, rough bed, and aging bathroom. As others have mentioned, the atrium was very loud. Stayed at this hotel for one night for a personal trip. There was some noise from the atrium but the room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and out process was quick and easy and parking wasn't too difficult either. Generally a very enjoyable stay, would do it again. Love the mood lighting in the atrium...

As noted in previous reviews, the atrium certainly is a wonderful design, however they can project some of the noise that would normally be absorbed by the walls of a hallway. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the pub was a great place to relax, the service was excellent and the food was great, the location was perfect for the trip, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Did not sleep! The noise in the atrium. The blaring tv in the adjoining room. The worst was that crushed and broken box spring. The box spring was crushed, on the right side of the bed, it was as if Dr. Suess' elephant, Horton did that, which could have happened, since the Suess memorial garden is a few blocks away....
