We had a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it to others! We stayed in the Princess and the Pea suite and we're delighted. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated that there were so many amenities available - fire pit, Adirondack chairs, hammock, porch furniture, hot tub, etc. (We wish we could could have stayed a...

Thank you. It's guests like you that make it all so enjoyable for me - and Willie loves the attention.

My husband and I stopped here on the way home from a week at the beach - sort of a vacation from our vacation!! Couldn't have been more pleased!!! We were greeted so kindly by Christa and Willie when we arrived at this most beautiful mountain home. Our room, Sleeping Beauty, was delightful and cozy with views that were amazing!!...

First time we've done a b&b in US and we were very fortunate to happen on 'once upon a mountain' in a fantastic location run by Christa. A delightful lady that makes you feel really at home, offered good advice on local restaurants and does a wonderful breakfast in the morning, not too early, to start the next day. Just...

Christa is amazing!!! My wife and I took our first trip to a B&B for our anniversary and it was unbelievable. The place is so romantic and quaint and centrally located to a ton of great things to do in the mountains near luray. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and we we definitely be back!!!

I'll be straight with you, I had a bad experience with a dog as a kid and they really do make me nervous. I really wasn't expecting to be met at the door by a German Shepherd cross, albeit an old friendly one. I certainly wasn't expecting one to have the run of the house and to be in the...

This place lives up to its reviews on TA. First piece of advice? Follow the instructions to find the place, it is remote. The views are incredible, just lovely, add to that the hummingbirds and butterflies and its just about perfect. We sat in the hot tub enjoying the view and a glass of wine, the silence was palatable. We...

Stayed here back in early June 2016 with my mom for a little girls getaway. Such a lovely place to stay!! Every morning we were greeted by Willie the dog and treated to the best coffee. Christa was a wonderful hostess and made each day a delight with a wonderful breakfast, great conversation and s'mores! There were deer right outside...

This was our 2nd visit. Rooms are excellent and spacious, with a comfortable queen bed. We had a deck with a nice view of the mountains off our room. Wifi was decent., good for general use, not for steaming. Our stay was for 3 nights. Christa made us feel welcome and knows the area well. She gave us good info...

We've stayed here a couple of times. The breakfasts are always great, and the cabin is gorgeous! It's a great place to relax or do touristy things. She was able to pick out all the great places in town for us to go to, which was a huge help.

We had such a wonderful time and stayed for two nights this July. Christa is such a kind and helpful hostess. She welcomed us to the area and offered suggestions of local spots and activities to do in the area. We hope to visit again in the fall season and make good use of the hot tub and campfire.
