We stayed at the Alta cabin and it was very nice. Perfect location. Only a mile away from the entrance to the beautiful sequoia national park. Cabin was comfy and a great size! Only complaint with the room would be that there's no tv in...More

I have been researching for a place to stay for an upcoming trip 9/27/14 for 3 nights. My thought was to perhaps book one night at Sequoia Village Inn - the next morning travel into Sequoia National Park and stay within the park for 2 night.. How long of a drive is it from Sequoia Village Inn to Sequoia National Park? For instance "Big Sherman"? Thank you very much for any input.
