Very dated, low ceilings, it was clean, but I would not stay there again. Some sketchy guests loitering around elevators in evening. Check in was unusual, the kid was telling me about how people cuss him out, try to fight with him. I wouldn't recommend this hotel reminds me of more of a truck stop type place. There were about...

Really cozy location, rooms are stocked perfectly. The restaurant attached is also a gem with fantastic food and service. The pool and hot tub area is really comfortable, and you are very close to many stores and gas stations. Great experience

Flew from Hawaii to LAX, and then spent the night here before heading up the coast of California. Nice hotel in a safe area about 45 minutes north of LAX. Really only looking for a good nights rest, and BW_TOI delivered. Nice clean room, comfortable bedding, controllable room temperature, and did not go to the restaurant breakfast next door which...

The staff make an effort to be helpful and the rooms are fine. The hotel is convenient right off the 101 Freeway North of LA. As a business traveler I find the internet speed to be unacceptably slow: 4 mbps download speed today. Impossible to work efficiently or watch movies, play games, etc.

We have had to travel to Thousand Oaks several times over the past couple of years and only one time we couldn't get a room at the TO Inn and were forced to stay at a Motel 6. Never again. The TO Inn has always been terrific. And the amenities get better and better each time. The decor is comfortable...

We stayed three nights here. Very, clean, central location, the staff was very helpful. We had a handicapped room which was very large and comfortable. Looked into a room the maid was cleaning and it seemed very small so maybe only the handicapped rooms are large. The only downside was the heater was somewhat loud, other than that a great...

The staff at this property were excellent. Rooms were clean, large with good lighting. Not your typical dark and dreary room. I usually stay at the Hyatt but they were booked. Felt forced to stay at BE. However the value was so good I will choose to stay there next time!

This hotel has spacious rooms which include a sofa and coffee table, and a library and meeting rooms for business-oriented guests. The staff is friendly. The only glitch that we encountered was that our message button on the telephones kept lighting up through the evening. When we phoned in about it, we were told that we had to sign something...

This hotel is located in Thousand Oaks and is very close to multiple dining and shopping locations, including 2 malls within walking distance. It's also right around the corner from Los Robles. I arrived and Kathleen checked me in. She was a delight. Very helpful after an exhausting trip. She offered suggestions for dinner in the area. The room was...
