We needed a place to crash after snowboarding at Hyde Park. This wasn't too far from the Ski Area. Maybe a 30 minute drive for the 12 or so miles. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. What more would you ask for?

We had a beautiful suite with a sofa and a balcony. Views were obstructed by town and it was noisy outside, but still enjoyable! Staff and management were amazing, they took real good care of us and gave us superior recommendations of restaurants and attractions to see while there. A+++++ experience

We were 2 families who travelled in late December. We were greeted with warm cookies and water bottles. The rooms have a decent modern touch to them and are spacious. Bath and shower is good. We had breakfast at the Mezcal Lounge at the hotel. Prices were reasonable $15 for adults and about half for kids below the age of...

The rooms are modern and clean. Our room was on the 3rd floor close to the stairs. We found the stairs after realizing there was only 1 elevator for the entire hotel. It was always busy and very slow. The parking is probably fine during the summer, but in winter months, parking farther away is no fun (we were ther...

We were a group of 10 stayed in this hotel. We drove straight from Sedona. We booked 3 rooms, but when we arrived surprisingly one of our room was still messy. We told this to Front Desk staff, her name was Erica. All of us was quite amazed on how she calmed us down. After a long 6 hour drive...

The rooms in this hotel are really small such that 2 people walking side by side would bump into each other. The sink area is bare minimal, basically it's shoulder width with no space to put your stuff. The sink water flow was sooo slooow, you can literally see the water droplets! Many times I went to the bathtub faucet...

We expected Hilton quality and we did not get it. The hotel was outdated. It was so noisy at night we could not sleep. Called the desk several times. We waited an hour for an omelette and a yogurt at the restaurant. It was understaffed and the tables needed cleaned so people could sit. We were very disappointed and will...

Stay during business. Hair in tub. Mold around tub. Trash on floor. Called day before for early check in no records found. Have stayed here several times this year and worse visit yet. Wondering if I should find another place to stay at.
