This is a decent hotel, and very fairly priced. The room was very clean, the staff quite helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was worthless (completely ran out of coffee, no butter for the toast, no fruit, etc). Good enough that I'll be back.
We have stayed here a couple times now. For the price it is not a bad deal. We had a non smoking room but it still had the smell of smokers. Nice little suite, pillows a bit small and it took a while to get...More

My wife and I spent 2 nights here so we could enjoy Santa Fe sight-seeing.
*Good price for any room in Santa Fe.
*Not a bad room size for the price.
*Kitchen and bathroom were reasonably clean.
My mom and I came for Spring Break to ski and relax, and we didn't want to spend a lot on the lodging. For the price, I was more than satisfied with Santa Fe Suites. We had 2 queen sized beds which were comfortable enough,...More
They clearly could update the insides of the rooms. Also the WiFi is not available through-out, so bring your own or be willing to go to the lobby. Also, my door did not really lock when shut - unless I did from the inside. Upon...More

We just got back from staying there for a week March 8-15. Our stay was pleasant, the room was great, and it was very quiet. We were in the 600 building on the ground floor. The breakfast is what it is. There's some dry cereal, milk, juice, coffee, danish, and toaster waffles. I'm not sure what people expect for the low price...we bought Greek yoghurt and fruit from the supermarket next door, kept it in our fridge, and just used the lobby breakfast for coffee. The negative reviews we read seemed to be mostly people complaining about the breakfast and lack of elevator.
We were gone all day sightseeing, but the room was always made up with fresh linens, towels, etc. when we returned between 4pm and 9pm at night. When we asked for extra towels and washcloths, we got them right away. Our plane came in late the first night, so I called to tell them we'd be late. There was no problem checking in.
It's a very charming Santa Fe-style set of small apartment-like buildings with the office at one end. It's actually set in the parking lot of the Entrada Plaza complex near some medical buildings, a grocery store, and some take-out places, so there was very little traffic noise at night. It was well-lighted, so I felt safe walking in the plaza area. We loved it, but it wasn't your "normal," plastic, "they all look alike" type chain motel deal. If that's what you want, you will pay much more in Santa Fe, and have much more noise around you.
