Our check in was quick. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. We have a travel box with basic kitchen necessities, and were able to cook most of our meals. The breakfast is a very basic continental type. The first morning eating...More

Requested a ground floor suite and was given one at the rear, overlooking the arroyo, a lovely wild natural area, so felt freedom from the city, a pleasant relief. The bed, sheets and towels were pristine, the carpet and the small couch felt like a...More

We were concerned also when we read the reviews but our visit there was great. We stayed in building 8. The wifi worked nice clean linens and lots of hot water. I did call ahead and tell them how excited we were about coming and that we needed a non smoking room. The cooking supplies in the kitchenette were a little lacking but that's not unusual in a lot of hotels. The breakfast was juice pastries cereal and coffee. We intend on staying there again next winter. Also the laundry was available. Good luck and I hope you have an good of luck as we did. I do think calling ahead helped.
