I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. It's a complete dump. We booked a room though Priceline, when we arrived and checked in the room smelled heavily of smoke, the carpets had holes and stains. It was BAD! We returned to the office...More
Comfortable respite that offers pleasant efficiency units. The campus is laid out nicely for parking near your room, and everything worked in the suite. I didn't see any signs of dirt at all. The front desk staff were kind and helpful.
This hotel has gone down the drain. I've stayed here many times over the last 9 years. It was really nice clean, great customer service 9 years ago. But over time the cleanliness and condition of the rooms has deteriorated to an all time low....More
Horrid. I noticed some goo in the sink, and no hair dryer or radio (and I had forgotten my cell phone so I needed an alarm). I went to front desk to ask for drano hair dryer etc. The one clerk was on the phone...More
We liked the location being off the main streets and close to a walking path for our dogs. The grounds were nice with grass and picnic tables and seemed to be well maintained. The unit itself was fine yet needs upgrading and minor repairs. For...More

We just got back from staying there for a week March 8-15. Our stay was pleasant, the room was great, and it was very quiet. We were in the 600 building on the ground floor. The breakfast is what it is. There's some dry cereal, milk, juice, coffee, danish, and toaster waffles. I'm not sure what people expect for the low price...we bought Greek yoghurt and fruit from the supermarket next door, kept it in our fridge, and just used the lobby breakfast for coffee. The negative reviews we read seemed to be mostly people complaining about the breakfast and lack of elevator.
We were gone all day sightseeing, but the room was always made up with fresh linens, towels, etc. when we returned between 4pm and 9pm at night. When we asked for extra towels and washcloths, we got them right away. Our plane came in late the first night, so I called to tell them we'd be late. There was no problem checking in.
It's a very charming Santa Fe-style set of small apartment-like buildings with the office at one end. It's actually set in the parking lot of the Entrada Plaza complex near some medical buildings, a grocery store, and some take-out places, so there was very little traffic noise at night. It was well-lighted, so I felt safe walking in the plaza area. We loved it, but it wasn't your "normal," plastic, "they all look alike" type chain motel deal. If that's what you want, you will pay much more in Santa Fe, and have much more noise around you.
