My trip overall was a very good experience, the staff was great from the time I entered the door. The room was in great shape the only concern was that on Wednesday my room was not cleaned before 1 pm, so I just put the do not disturb sign out because I was not feeling well and came back to...

The hotel staff was excellent. The lobby and pool area had fires going every night. The restaurant also had a fire very morning and evening. The general feel of the place was Southwestern and all the right decorations throughout the hotel. Now for the bad stuff There was a persistent noise issue with the HVAC system in many of the...

Dear Robert C, It is great to know that you enjoyed our staff as well as our fireplaces and pool area. I do apologize that the ambient noise associated with our HVAC system was not to your liking. It is a very new system that is highly energy efficient and good for the environment but unlike residential units it is...

Stayed at this hotel as part of a Globus tour in early October and greatly appreciated the historical nature of the hotel and the convenient location just 2 blocks from the plaza. Originally, the home of Santa Fe’s “first family”; the adobe walled, 300+ year old Ortiz Hacienda had a beautiful lobby in addition to an inviting courtyard with pool,...

Good location, though hard to get into the tight parking lot. Room was nice, hot breakfast okay, what really threw it off was the room service. Hilton has decided that having your dinner delivered in a paper bag with plastic ware is the right approach. Really. Dinner showed up in a paper bag. They knocked on my door and handed...

Dear Ruth W, Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your visit with us. I am disappointed that you were unhappy with our CP Express in-room dining program. We have greatly improved delivery time and other guests have been pleased that there are no longer unsightly trays and dishes left in the hallways. I do hope...

The Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza Hotel is an upscale hotel a couple of blocks from Santa Fe Plaza. It is very well appointed and the rooms are modern and spacious. The bathrooms are large and the shower is exceptional. Beds and rooms are comfortable. There is a sitting area and desk w/chair in the room. One odd thing: LOUD...

The hotel is stunning, with the architecture and the location is very convenient to most everything in Santa Fe. The rooms are very well appointed, spacious with oversized bathrooms. My room had great views of the sunsets. The Executive Lounge in this hotel is open 24/7 and is a great place to get water, coffee snacks if you have HILTON...

I stayed here last week with friends at their recommendation. The location is ideal and the hotel works on every level.
