We started off with a major glitch...booked a two bed room for three people but was given a king bed...yikes! But the manager made it right and Brandy at the desk took great care of us and made it a great stay. Thanks Brandy for the great service!

My partner, friend, and I were traveling through New Mexico, and on a whim, decided to overnight in Santa Fe. We booked a room at the Hilton, and arrived about 6p. What a treat! From the moment we walked through the door, we knew it was going to be an amazing experience. We needed two beds, but my partner and...

We have stayed here several times. The staff is always great. Even when we arrived with 7 high school children(12 of us total), the staff was very helpful in getting all the bags and getting us checked in and to our room.

My husband and I traveled with his 85-year-old mother for a week in Santa Fe. We were delighted with our stay at the Hilton Santa Fe! The location is ideal in the beautiful Santa Fe historic district. We were close to shops, restaurants, museums, and the square...it was perfect. It also was within walking distance of the Rail Runner (light...

Great location, friendly staff, clean and lovely spacious rooms/bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay here. The outdoor pool is gorgeous. It is very peaceful and clean. Brandy from the front desk could not have been nicer or sweeter. She made our stay. She is an asset to this hotel! We stayed three nights. I called the hotel and received a...

This is a truly lovely hotel with updated rooms and beautiful decor. It is a bit of a maze to find your room, and the lobby is on the second floor of the hotel, which is kind of confusing. My room was very quiet and comfortable. The maid noticed I used all my towels and was thoughtful enough to leave...

This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. The niose from doors slamming and the stair well was completely disruptive. The doors all need quiet closing mechanisms placed on them. I did not get a good nights sleep in the 4 nights I stayed.

Driving from Taos back to Albuquerque made us stop here for one night to see the sights and have some good meals. The room we had was spacious enough. The staff was very courteous and pointed us in the right direction for sightseeing and restaurants. Parking is extra ($19/night$). But worth it just to have a parking spot. Within walking...

Very nice location, close to everything in the downtown area. Nice. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The internet in our room was not very good, but other than that, everything was beyond our expectations!

The location was great - within walking distance of EVERYTHING, the room was clean and large, the noise was tolerable (typical hallway noises), the staff was friendly and helpful, the onsite restaurant was good and the breakfast spread was large, all was well. We really enjoyed the hotel. The only thing that I would say was a negative is that...
