Everything about our experience was mediocre, with a little rudeness thrown in to finish it off. We were charged $8 per day to park in a MOTEL (NOT advertised), the pool stood covered up and unused, the rooms were shabby and smelled of cleaner mixed with dirty old carpets, and old old beds. For all this, we were charged a...

This is a dated, run down, unpleasant place that its good location doesn't redeem. In fact, its existence brings down the immediate surroundings. Go for The Sage Inn, a much nicer pace that doesn't charge you to park, or splurge and stay at La Fonda or the Inn at Loretto.

Room was motel quality, with old tv, minimal furnishings, and ok bed. Location was the best part of the stay--easy walking distance to Plaza, Cathedral and central Santa Fe sights. Guess you get what you pay for--price was reasonable.

This hotel is located in the perfect location with an easy short walk right into the heart of Santa Fe. Our room was large, with a quiet air conditioner and plenty of parking. It was rather expensive, you pay for it's location, and no breakfast was included in the price. Luckily, there are a few of lovely coffee shops nearby...

Nothing has changed in a year, and you still have to pay to park which is ridiculous! Moderate, though not inexpensive, but really great location, and easy in and out. Badly in need of updating and amenities, but we continue to book because of walking distance and in hopes that renovations will happen sometime. Wish they'd renovate like the retro-fit...

Location is very good. My room was large, clean, and well-maintained. Motel is old and can't be compared to newer built ones in terms of room adornments and amenities. (For example, tv is old, not flat screened) I really liked it but I'm sure there are those who won't, especially if they're not well-traveled around the world, and used to...

Once you see the location (one block from the Plaza) and have eaten at their On-premises restaurant (The Santa Fe Bite) the thrill may be over. It’s a two story motel type facility without an elevator. All rooms open to a covered walkway facing the parking lot. The 1st floor walkway is shielded from the parking lot by shrubbery along...

Our first complaint for the place was that you have to pay for parking. I've never stayed at a hotel before that owns the parking lot and makes their customers pay to park there. Seems like this price should just be included in the cost of the room and not a separate charge. The rooms were dated and smaller than...

I would definitely stay here again for the price and location. We were only a block away from the plaza in sante fe. Others that close were nearly twice the cost. Bedding was so so and towels were on lower end. Motel could use some upgrading for sure but clean and quiet enough for us.

This motel type lodging is nothing special by any stretch of the imagination. If the location was not so close to the Plaza I would rate it as 2 stars at best. It is clean however and the beds are reasonably comfortable.
