This was a charming hotel, very friendly desk personnel. Was a little disappointed in no early check-in. I chose this hotel after reading that it was just a block off the square and accessible in less than 1 minute. It may be one block from the shopping district but certainly 4 or 5 blocks from the square. I have a...

Thank you for staying with us and posting a review! I apologize that we were not able to provide you an early check in. We do accommodate these when possible, but depending on the room and the prior evening's occupancy it may not always be available. Also, I am sorry that you found our location farther from the plaza than...

Great location! The plaza is a short walk away. The rooms are fine. I like that the beds are firm. I slept well there. I found it quiet; I had a neighbor & heard nothing. No traffic noise. Parking* is at a premium at the hotel. But I always found a spot. I also thought the cost reasonable for the...

Thank you for your patronage at the Inn and taking the time to post a review. I am glad you were able to enjoy a quiet, restful stay! You are correct. We do offer a "primo" location and are one of a very few downtown properties offering complimentary parking. The lot can fill up over busy periods. Although, we generally...

Just got back from 4 nights at the Inn. It has great drive up appeal and a good location. The planter boxes are filled with colorful flowers and I love the garden sculptures. We were able to check in early and found our room very nice, but a bit small. The decor was very Santa Fe and the beds very...

Thank you for writing about your recent stay with us. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the comfort, ambiance and bedding at the Inn! My sincere apologies that the internet was not functioning during your stay. I can assure you that we were working feverishly to have the service restored and it is now. We were very pleased with our recent stay. The location was perfect - just a block from the Plaza, and a half block from the famous Café Pasqual. Our original room was smaller than we expected, so we upgraded (for not much money) to a wonderful room that was 3 times larger and 10 times quieter. Very nicely furnished, in...

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. I regret your original room was not what you were expecting, but I am pleased you were able to find something more suitable. Our wood burning fireplaces are quite cozy, but I understand it can be bothersome. Next time, please ask for one of our Deluxe rooms...

The room was adequate, not the best, but the breakfast was so out of the ordinary, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Buffet breakfast included the normal fare, but also chilaquiles-style casserole, refried beans, guacamole, the works!!! Accommodations were close to the Plaza, within walking distance of many attractions...a great place to stay!

My best friend and I stayed here on our annual girls trip. The location was excellent - we were walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and all the lovely little shops! Yes, there is an outside location in the underground parking. There are also patio rooms where smoking is permitted that may be available upon request. Thank you.

The staff was very accommodating. I don't know that they could provide a tempurapedic bed but I'm sure they have firm mattresses. I would recommend calling the hotel and, if they can't provide all that you need, they can probably recommend a hotel that can. Santa Fe is wonderful.

Thank you for clarifying our pool situation. We have made arrangements with The Inn and Spa at Loretto located just 2 blocks East of us. We provide towels at our Front Desk to take over as well. We also reimburse you if you choose to use on of Santa Fe's public facilities as well.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me directly at 505 954 0332.
