I would give this place 10 stars is I could. My family and I are on a month long road trip and Las Palomas has been by far our best stop. The accommodations are wonderful - our casita had everything we could ask for and was so comfortable and clean. The location is great - walking distance to everything but...

We love coming to Santa Fe in early May for a visit to one of our favorite cities. This was our first stay at La Zona Rosa at Las Paloma's, but it won't be our last. We stayed in a small room with a generous outdoor courtyard. The walk into town was a pleasant 10 minute trip, and since Santa...

This was our 3rd stay at Zona Rosa. We were disappointed not to get our regular room (due to remodeling) but the condo was good, the fireplace is wonderful, we shared a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with friends. The staff during our stay, Al, Rick and Jordon were a great help, cheerful and made special requests pronto! The gourmet breakfast...

Let me start by saying the staff at this property were truly wonderful, which was the only thing that made this hotel acceptable. But other than the staff, this was a disappointment. After being very confused by the website and trying to discern the differences in suites, we ended up being placed at Zona Rosa. This was not what we...

Allow me to apologize for the confusion you encountered when making your reservation and we need to improve on our communications skills. If you were in room #70, I agree that the sink arrangement is too small and a counter will shortly be installed. We have just remodeled most of the rooms in Zona Rosa which indeed are similar to...

We shared a 2 bd 2 bath with another couple. It was our second visit here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Beds were firm but comfy. Living room was large with fireplace. Small kitchen was sparsely equipped but we didn't eat in anyway. Nice size private deck. Breakfast is good with fresh made omelets and waffles. Our only complaint was...

My sister's and I took our mom to celebrate her 80th b-day by renting a 2bdr/2 bath condo and absolutely loved the property! Had a full kitchen, fireplace w/ wood, and a great breakfast everyday just across the street including made-to-order eggs and coffees! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The location was perfect being just down the street...

I cannot say enough about how positive our experience was at the Zona Rosa condo. We had the 3 bdrm for 3 adults and 2 young kids. From warm cookies to gourmet breakfasts and picturesque accommodations, the staff made us feel right at home, and helped in so many ways. This was the first place we have stayed where the...

We stayed in an upstairs two bedroom two bathroom apartment for 6 nights at the end of January. We had excellent wifi coverage, a lovely lounge and fireplace and the apartment had a spacious feel. I originally booked at the Hotel Santa Fe as I was told it was the only property in Santa Fe owned by Native Americans. Then the winter storm knocked my business trip back a week and they had no rooms available when I called to re-book. But they very nicely offered me a room for the same rate at their...

Zona Rosa, Sante Fe October 28, 2013 I just spent four days in a two bedrooms condo at Zona Rosa. The location is very convenient, only a few blocks from the plaza. I am distressed to learn that your reception was not friendly and responsive, as we normally take extra good care of all of our guests!
