You just can't get a better location in Santa Fe. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was a bit small, though. I would have liked to have had room service, but the restaurant downstairs was nice.

I went to Santa Fe for retreat and found showing ice on the street. My choice of hotel was an old building for solidity and warmth, And my room was deliciously warm Great bed linens, the works I was so happy. I took the train from Albuquerque and frequent the cowgirl for country western music. uber is in Santa Fe...

The mix of room and building style, location a stone's throw from the Plaza and the lounge make this a fine place to stay. Rooms are cozy, beds are comfortable. In mid-winter, plan on eating elsewhere, as the restaurant was closed.

Absolutely within walking distance of anything in center of town. Also easy to get to hotel by car, and easy to get out to any other driving location. Free parking right next to building, but first come. With only one way in and out, sometimes it's hard to get parked. Can park across the street in municipal lot for small...

My husband and I spend a night at the Hotel St. Francis recently and were impressed by the service and location. We have been many times to their Secreto Lounge and enjoyed their smoked sage margarita (a revelation), but never have stayed over. The hotel is a few blocks off the Plaza and easy walking distance to all of the...

Came with friends for a drink. Cocktails are amazing, but a little bit pricey. Location within downtown Santa Fe is great. Lobby is very well decorated to match the period aesthetic. The butter cider drink is really great!

I don't look for a hotel to entertain me with the typical. This Hotel speaks of Santa Fe and its history within a minimal design aesthetic; just like I like it. The location is great for walking all over the historic part of Santa Fe. At night this was an enjoyable place to come back to after exploring the city....

We stayed for four night over the Christmas holidays fully aware of the mixed reviews but the location and price were right and it's historic character was appealing. But like a lot of things as old (76) or older than we are it came with it's share of problems so if you are looking for the perfect hotel do not...
