Beautiful boutique hotel with such attention to the smallest details in the public spaces and rooms. The hotel is in a great location close to art galleries and the plaza. The food in the restaurant was 5-star quality!

Our family of 12 stayed here for my Mom’s birthday and the staff, the location and the intimacy of the Anasazi will keep us coming back again and again! A call out to some standout people who made our stay extra special: John in the restaurant shared fascinating history of the church in Chimayo and the healing dirt, Ricky helped us secure a last minute. table for our large group at one of the busiest restaurants in town (and showed up to walk us in!), Raymond arranged a beautiful room for us to play late night Jenga with chocolate cake and tequila…. I wish I knew the names of the two women who served us at breakfast every day. It was so busy but they never missed the smallest of details! They made our stay above and beyond! Thank you for taking such great care of our family!! We will be back!

We were a bit concerned about this hotel based upon a recent review. But our experience could not have been better. From arrival — eager and helpful front desk personnel — to the room condition, all expectations were met or exceeded. Towels were soft; bed and pillows very comfortable. Rooms were clean. The bar is comfortable and serves delicious Margaritas. Breakfast was fresh and most enjoyable. Like all hospitality establishments right now, the hotel is understaffed. But the talented, committed people who are going above and beyond in all aspects of operations more than make up for it. We were repeatedly thanked for our business, and it felt genuine. I applaud the leadership of this hotel, and the individual commitment of each team member. You gave us a lovely, memorable experience.

Room Tip: Valet parking is very easy to use, even with limited street front. Our car came quickly every time.

First time visiting Santa Fe and this was a perfect place to stay! Great location and excellent customer service. We really enjoyed the ambience, quality and comfort of the hotel and room. We booked a Superior King room and everything we needed was readily available. The bed was extremely comfortable - we were quite curious as to what size it is as it's definitely larger than a standard king! Would definitely stay again!

We were disappointed with the service at the hotel. For a Rosewood property and for the price, I expected way more. The rooms need to be updated and the towels and linens were not five star quality. The hotel was understaffed. The rooms were dark and there was not enough light in the rooms. The bathrooms need to be updated. When I showered the water would not drain and the water kept rising in the shower the whole time. The bathrooms were narrow in size. When I called downstairs for my car, I could not get anyone to pick up the phone.
