This gem of a hotel has it all! A lovely room, outstanding staff - Josh was so helpful and always, always with a genuine smile - great breakfast, super location and an incredible value. We love that it was walking distance to the Plaza, Railroad District, and other points of interest. Thanks for making our first trip so enjoyable! We...

We are serious travelers who submit reviews to Trip Advisor a lot! Honestly, this property is one of our MOST enjoyable! We had a patio king for two nights. Room was not large BUT it couldn't have been better! And the fresh cooked breakfast was so very good! They even make their own "thank you" candy to share with departing...

Hi there! Thank you so much for your comments! Happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit with us. Our general manager, Joshua, made those chocolates and weren't they good? Cooling mint with a warm finish of red chile; an unexpected and delightful combination! See you next time you make your way back to the Land of Enchantment! Jenni

It is a wonderful place to stay as you can walk downtown. It gives one a good flavor of Southwestern decor. Front desk - very friendly & helpful. Breakfast exceptional. The oatmeal the best since Europe. Only inconvenience is that the beds are not that comfortable. They really need to invest in new mattresses. Older couples need to stay on...

Hi Jan! We are proud of how many compliments we get on our oatmeal! I'll share the secret; we use the "Organic Whole Groats" from Natural Grocers! We also put a lot of love into the mixture. Sorry you were uncomfortable during the night. Mattresses are one thing that is hard to get just right for everybody and all of...

Good breakfast, clean rooms. There was a little road noise the first night because our room was right on the street. It was also a Friday night and Cinco De Mayo. The second night was much more calm. That wasn't anything the hotel could have changed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Jenni, the front desk manager, gave us recommendations...

Hey Andy! Thank you for taking the time to post your review! That band across the street on Cinco De Mayo was a little unexpected but I hope you were able to take advantage of the music. Sorry if it was a little loud. After talking to you, it sounded like you had a pretty great time in Santa Fe!...

Booked a kitchenette king bed room last minute for my last night in town on business. Got a great rate. Had plenty of space for my bike and all my gear I had to sort out before my flight the next morning. Very friendly staff on check in and check out. Breakfast was simple yet enjoyable; southwestern beans, green chillies,...

Hey Trevor, Glad you enjoyed your kitchenette room! All of our rooms have a personal touch and the one you were in (#14) is one of my favorites. Keep in mind when making your next reservation that you can request specific rooms! I personally haven't eaten at Amaya (the restaurant you are referring to), but I hear good things about...

My wife and I were staying in Santa Fe for the first time chose this place based on good reviews but also a balance of location and value ... It is located about 10 mins walk from the Santa Fe central plaza but room rates were much more reasonable. We had an excellent stay all round. Check in was quick...

Hi Sam! Thank you so much for taking the time to post your comments! I'm glad that you had an excellent stay and you were able to enjoy of our awesome breakfast. If you were still here you would be taking full advantage of that fireplace! Yesterday it started snowing and today we woke up to several inches! That cozy...

We stayed in the Hacienda portion of the hotel which has very nice rooms for a very reasonable price. The thing that is unique about this hotel is you sign up for breakfast and they have a group at that time. The benefit to this is it makes it much like a B&B. We met some interesting people from New...

We decided to booked this and try it out. I guess we really didn't realize it was a Bed & Breakfast place. When I checked in, the gal said they didn't have a reservation for us, I showed her my confirmation email. She said that they had recently changed computer systems! OK, That being said, we had reserved a room...

Beautiful adobe structures, beams and colorful, shiny tiles -- the breakfast was magnificent. Wonderful value. The general manager asked if we really wanted the fireplace, and suggested we move to a quieter room. This was in a small, quant duplex building, separate from the two story main structure, with a private, fenced patio, a beautiful forsythia blooming for spring. The...
