Second time here in past six months. This property does not disappoint. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone I met. The ownership promotes a very customer caring culture. The included breakfast is outstanding. In hotel restaurant very good quality and value for a Santa Fe dinner. Good location between the Plaza and Canyon Road and they have personal shuttles.

I had a 3 night special package, a local, looking for a relaxing weekend, didn't happen. The room service was awful for our dinner, not only in quality but in getting it correct, the the manager comp'd it, finally. Also, the spa, my massage was excellent, my pedicure was not. The woman never kept quiet, I learned about her entire...

We stayed 3 nights on a family spring break trip and this hotel was wonderful! The staff was always helpful, prompt and attentive. It is walking distance to the plaza, included breakfast and wine and snacks in the afternoon and free local shuttle service. We will visit again. Didn't see many families, but also didn't see many families in Santa...

Stayed here for 3 nights during the low season in Santa Fe. The hotel was well located, quiet and within easy walking distance to the plaza and great restaurants and galleries. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable with pillows of different firmness to choose from. Great sitting area to relax in after a day...

Met a friend here for a quick visit to Santa Fe. The staff was absolutely delightful...friendly and helpful. The hotel includes a generous happy hour and full breakfast. The room itself was modern, comfortable and clean. The location is ideal for walking the plaza and Canyon Road. I will certainly stay here again on our opera trips to Santa Fe.

Great stay at this lovely hotel. Embodies the spirit of this town and is in walking distance of both the main square and the canyon road galleries. The breakfast was very nice as was their wine and cheese in the afternoon. Lots of little sitting areas to enjoy the great weather.

We stayed at the Inn with our young adult daughters and really enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the great breakfast and wine/cheese in the afternoon were a bonus. It was walkable to the plaza and even closer to the galleries on Canyon Road. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff really sets The Inn On The Alemeda apart from any other luxury facilities. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to enjoy being of service. The full breakfast is superior to any I have had elsewhere. We love this place!

My daughters and I stayed at Inn on the Alameda for a 4 night mini vacation in March 2017. The room was small but had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the rooms, was wonderful, as was the free happy hour every evening from 4-5. The staff everywhere was...

I am so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Spring is windy season so high winds to bring dust as this is a very dry climate it is amazing how quickly dust builds up, we can certainly pay closer attention to the terrace furnishings it is a wonderful place to hang out....
