I am so disappointed to receive your critical review as I was told you spoke with the General Manager who I understand made some appropriate adjustments to your account. Yes, the lock to the small balcony can be confusing! Lifting the door handle is necessary, which does defy logic!!! And we also acknowledge it needed some WD40! Also, vacuuming under...

Super friendly staff, great food in the on-site restaurant, interesting menu, free shuttles to nearby destinations (although tipping is encouraged), free bottled water in the laobby (you have to stay hydrated at that elevation!), nice, quiet room, comfortable bed, good linens..Hand held shower head! (why don't more hotels do this???). Bathroom layout not ideal for privacy and the ability not...

This is an American Indian owned property and it has a surprisingly great restaurant. You will enjoy the tee pee outside. Go ahead! Get in it and take a photo! Sometimes they have an American Indian flute player who entertains. Did you know that the US kept the American Indians from playing their own music until the 1970s? The rooms...

This is a first-class hotel. Our trip had to make a mid-course correction on when we were going to stay there and they were more than accommodating. Our hacienda room was upgraded to a hacienda suite at no extra charge to us, even though we did not ask for this upgrade. Having stayed there before is a real plus as...

We Stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe with two of our grandchildren, aged 6 and 8 - and the hotel was ideal for us and them. Relatively compact, snuggled into a site about a 10 minute walk from the Plaza - and on a busy intersection. But it is so well built, with thick adobe walls - we heard no...

We booked directly with the hotel over the phone. Gave us a direct booking "discount". But they still charge a resort fee. I'm not sure what I got for that fee other than all the typical things that a non resort provides, ie: pool, elevator, newspapers in the lobby, etc, etc. Booked a balcony room. What an exilerating view of...

I am delighted to learn that you overall enjoyed your stay and do acknowledge your comment on the Resort Fee. The competition in town has similar charges, whether it be resort, parking, WiFi, etc. and charging for phone calls and bottled water. I fear adding this fee to our room rate would not make us competitive unless our competitors did...

Stayed one night . Room was excellent as was the bed. They had a happy hour as well as breakfast included. 2 comments that could be improved. I hate the addition of $19 for 'services'. The place was packed and parking was tight. Also prices in the bar are high. Clearly the high season .

We stayed at the Hacienda part for a weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a lovely time. The hotel and rooms were very New Mexico in style and decor and so relaxes you immediately. Hotel Santa Fe offers rooms that are larger with comfortable beds. However, the window blinds were broken, which led the early sun in the room. Pool and hot tub were fine, but nothing special. The workout room was okay, but the air conditioner was broken which made it really hot and hard to get a good workout accomplished. The hotel...
