Service was phenomenal, breakfast in the lounge outstanding and free, free shuttle anywere in town, both directions just by calling, perfect. Will definitely return. Room, king bed, fireplace, bathroom with shower, all were excellent.

This, the only Native American owned hotel in Santa Fe, is by far the most friendly and accommodating place we have ever stayed. Our room had all the ambiance of the Southwest, was quiet and tranquil with warm traditional decor. The employees have a sense of personal responsibility to make sure your stay is perfect in every way. From the...

We spent a week at Hotel Santa Fe and loved it. From the well-tended fire in the lobby/lounge area to the pleasant decor reflecting NM and Native American culture, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Food in the restaurant was good and always available. The bar off the lobby/dining area was perfectly located and people often relaxed in the...

My daughter and I spent xmas there and had agreat time. The staff and servers were friendly and and gave excellent service. The hotel is quiet and cozy. No TVs in the lounge area. Sat by the fireplace every morning and had coffee and breakfast. Enjoyed the Xmas brunch in the evening. Santa Fe is a charming town and would...

I have chosen this place the last three times we have come to Santa Fe, in a period of 5 years. We have not ever been disappointed. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The lounge near the fireplace is a great place to sit and have a cocktail.

Read good reviews on this hotel but we were disappointed. The room was very small and not much of a view, not close to town. Did have a cute shuttle service. Staff seem uninterested in the guests and to the point of being undertrained. The bar tender had to look up how to make my drink that was off the...

What a beautiful place to celebrate the New Year. Our dinner was so delicious with Sophie overseeing the dining. If you are feeling worn, the Hacienda will pamper you back to strength. Soraida came to our room twice to give us what we needed and delivering good cheer,

It's been my personal tradition to observe the anniversary of my arrival in Santa Fe with an evening at Amaya, the hotel's restaurant, while listening to Ronald Roybal play classical Spanish guitar and Native flute. Imagine this in the warm colors of Spanish and Picuris Pueblo decor, by the fireside, with impeccable service and delicious food. Sometimes I stop by...

We booked on Trip Advisor during the Holidays so it was a little pricey but we stayed here before on the other side (La Hacienda) My husband is a Combat Vet so we need a quiet room. The first night our phone didn't work to order room service and we and the upstairs family had kids that were super noisy...

We stayed here on a family vacation. This is such a relaxing place. We needed bigger rooms and hence decided to stay here over the ones in the plaza area. They have an on call shuttle service to nearby location that is prompt and convenient. The lobby is nicely decorated. The main restaurant area (on the backside) however, needs some...
