We LOVED this hotel. We had never been to Santa Fe before; the minute you walk into the hotel, you know you've gone to a special place, a special city. Service was excellent, food was good (though you want to get out to try lots of other restaurants as well). Gracious everything and good value besides. We will be back!

My best friend and I stayed here for 2 nights on a little girls trip. We wanted something nice, close to the Plaza, and reasonably priced. Hotel Santa Fe fit all 3 of those qualifications. Our room was a nice size, clean, and had a fridge and microwave, which was a welcome surprise. The wi-fi worked flawlessly. I also loved...

We recently spent 4 nights here with our Belgian Malinois. The location is about 1/2 mile to the Plaza, maybe a little bit more but an easy walk. We ate at the hotel restaurant several times and it was excellent, which is saying something because there are so many great restaurants in Santa Fe. Our room was small but comfortable;...

Hotel Santa Fe is located within walking distance of the Plaza. The hotel has two sections; one in the main building and then a separate building with a little nicer rooms which close to the spa/gym. I have stayed in both types of rooms. All of them are large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great...

We booked and stayed at Hotel Santa Fe - Hacienda. We were pleasantly surprised when at check-in we were told we had a butler assigned to our room. We came to learn that the Hacienda portion of the hotel had butler service, cocktail hour and free breakfast buffet. We also had reserved parking. The initial butler service was nice, and...

Returned after 10 years, still a great place in Santa Fe, and we will definitely return. Staff warm and welcoming, shuttle service a definite plus, and the drivers have solid recommendations. Quick walk to almost everything. Hacienda suites spacious, clean and quiet, with amazing Native American art/artifacts. Nice evening reception, solid continental breakfast, coffee readily available in the morning. Check...

This hotel is warm and welcoming. Partly owned by local Native Americans, the inn is beautifully and authentically decorated. We stayed in the Hacienda part, and it quickly felt like home away from home. For the Hacienda rooms, there is a cozy gathering room and patio where the included continental breakfast ( lots of fresh fruit!) and the nightly happy...

The hotel itself is beautiful and location great. The room was clean and looked nice. Staff very friendly. The issues were mainly in the room. Booked the room through priceline and when I looked at the photos I was under the impression from the photos of the rooms that our room would be larger and have a chimenia. It was...

Thank you for providing this extensive review and i am glad to know you overall enjoyed your stay. I am sorry to note that you experienced some built-in inconveniences and i don't understand your comment on a chimenia as the Hotel does not have any rooms with fireplaces except for the Hacienda - a different building!
