Absolutely loved this hotel! When booking our vacation to Santa Fe, we went back and fourth trying to decide if we should stay at a hotel in the center of town or stay at the Four Seasons right outside of town. We finally settled with the Four Seasons, and we were so happy we did! A short drive outside of...

We actually did not stay at this hotel as intended, but still want to provide a review and give it a well-deserved 5 star rating for the customer service we have received. We booked a 4 night stay at this hotel for part of spring break. Reservation was made via booking.com. All was fine until we received notice from airline...

A beautiful, restful resort with gorgeous sunset views from the bar and several of the casitas. Pros: Mercedes shuttle service to town (15 minutes), access to short hikes in the Sangre de Cristo foothills from the property, nicely appointed casitas with fireplace and patio, good (albeit expensive) dinners and bar menu. Con: just short of Four Seasons service; in-room glasses...

Outstanding service and everyone was friendly, responsive and supportive to whatever we reqeusted. The location was fantastic!! Great views of the area and the snow capped mountains. Through repeated efforts from the Concierge we were able to schedule horseback riding through the trails. It was wonderful. Driving the 2 seater Mercedes to Taos was also GREAT!!

Great service on a property with very high standards. The staff is top notch with special kudos to Justin and Meridith. Some nice dining options as well. Courtesy shuttles to town in their Mercedes Vans were appreciated after spending several hours at various restaurants in Santa Fe. We will return.

I booked a couples massage through TravelZoo for my daughter and me as a girls' day away treat and it was definitely that and more! The Spa is beautifully appointed, the two technicians were superb and the food at the Terra dining room was excellent! After our treatments, we sat outside at the Bar to enjoy the setting sun and...

Not your typical Four Seasons. Rooms are nice but service is sub-par and the same goes for the food. Rooms are nice but the location is a bit out of the way. Just not the high-end hotel this chain usually is.

We first visited a Four Seasons property years ago in LA, the Beverly Wilshre at Rodeo Drive. It was a very special treat for us as it was out of the price range we would normally be able to choose, but it was special as we were going in advance of our first cruise, thus the splurge. I reviewed that...

We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe and will definitely plan to return to the Four Season. We booked a couple of excursions through the hotel and are so glad that we did. On our first day there we booked a 3 hour walking tour and our guide Deborah was very knowledgable about the city's history and got us...

Spent a long weekend here with my mom for a girls getaway to celebrate her birthday I cannot say enough great things about this property. Service is spot on, food is wonderful , views are breathtaking, just about a 7 minute drive to Santa Fe, rooms are spotless and extremely well appointed. The staff was perfectly attentive.
