Cool hotel, great location, superb staff (Joe, Olivia, Mike). We did have an issue with our hot water, but they were in the process of having it fixed when we left so I don’t expect that to be an ongoing problem. We were also very fairly compensated and offered use of their

Loved our visit to Salem, and really appreciated how close this great little hotel was to shopping and dining. Parking is not available at the hotel, but good parking is close to the hotel. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional. Will be visiting again soon and

We think our location is hard to be and we love hearing that you took advantage or the various shops and restaurants that are just steps away from our hotel's front door. So glad you found the staff to be so helpful and professional and we are already looking forward to seeing you again!

Our room was great! Huge and nicely furnished and with so many windows and a great view; the bed was even comfortable. Also, the hotel is in walking distance of pretty much anything you might want to do while being a tourist in Salem (which is also a very nice little town, btw).

After a bad stay at another hotel we went here. What an incredible hotel! We told front desk staff, Ellie, that we were on our baby moon and she put a box of Russian tea cakes and a note in our room waiting for us on check in! Just outside our room was a coffee and tea bar for

I had one of the mini-rooms, and it was everything I needed. King bed was very comfortable, plenty of good pillows. They managed to pack a lot into a very tiny space, and in a way that was quite useful and convenient. The room was spotless, and every member of the staff I met

Will the restaurant and rooftop lounge be open when the hotel begins accepting guests?
Our onsite restaurant Counter will only be serving beer, wine and cocktails during the month of October and the hope is to have The Roof, our rooftop bar, up and running as well.

Where is there parking and how mych does it run?
Hi Maria, We are still exploring parking options in town, it's a challenge for us due to our location! At this time, the closest parking to the hotel would be the museum place garage just a few steps away.
