Andrew G: We are pleased we were able to offer you a complimentary upgrade, one with a view of the Common and it's white lights. You may not have realized just how big the hotel is ... we have 89 rooms across 5 floors, function space that can accommodate hundreds of guests, a dining room and a pub, plus a library on our lower level. We do hope you will return to enjoy Salem and the North Shore during the warmer months.

Call the hotel. I have allergies to cat and dogs; and have asthma but had no problems. I didn't see any animals when I stayed there.
