Visiting granddaughter at the U of A and stayed here for the short visit. Lovely room. terrific facilities...golf course, tennis, water slide pool...beautiful grounds. Has a full gym, great service, pretty spa but did not have time for any treatments. Breakfast on the patio, overlooking the pool and mountains. So pretty and you feel so remote from a big city.....

Amazing resort with lots to see and do. Impeccable grounds, great food and activities galore. Free shuttle service to shopping and restaurants within three miles. The Red Door Spa is one of the best ever experienced and the Golf Course is beautiful. Only drawback are all of the charges for extras (tennis rackets, golf club rentals) that should be included...

Stayed 3 nights at the resort with my sister. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The resort seems large. We stayed at the H section: room 506 and if you have issues walking, you may need a golf cart to take you to pool, lobby or restaurant. The grounds are well kept and it is a nice walk. You will...

I'm starting with the problems. We had reserved adjoining rooms for our family of four directly through Westin, but when we checked in we were in two different buildings. After 45 minutes they found two rooms next to each other (no door between) but my husband and I had to switch to a double bed from a king. That was...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I do apologize for the long wait at the desk during your check in process. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee connecting/adjoining rooms but we will always do our best to accommodate all requests. Unfortunately it does not include unlimited food and beverages like an “All- Inclusive” resort...

My brother-in-law suggested we stop as we were traveling along Route 66 and I'm thrilled we did. The rooms were clean, good size and decorated to represent the southwest. Loved the historical piece as well as the art all around the hotel.

Heather was great at Sabinos at the pool bar. Everything here has been outstanding. Can't complain about a thing. Beautiful weather, beautiful views. Pool is warm, sun is hot, and beer is cold. Definitely recommend this establishment.

Resort staff are very friendly and helpful. Word of warning, we agreed to What we thought was Westin green alternative to save on towel washing but then they don't service the room at all. Terrific red door spa on premises, food is good and wait staff are very helpful.

I've stayed at this resort many times over the years. I've hosts events here as well. The last 4 or 5 times I've received no recognition for SPG Platinum. Unfortunately the weather was cold & the meetings were long so we only spent 1/2 hour by the pool at the bar but can recommend for family or business visits. The fitness center was huge and clean, plus the adjoining Cafe had great smoothies. The convention service was some of the best.

The La Paloma is an expensive place to stay, even more so with the $25 per day "resort fee" that is tacked on to your room fee. Our room was on the 2nd floor, with a nice view. Our "resort fee" allowed us to park our car, use the pools, allowed us 2 bottles of water each day (except that...
