Great stay, can't wait to return soon. Attended meetings at DMAFB, and recommended to other colleagues that this place is friendly and has the amenities I liked. Staff was extremely friendly, and courteous

We were moving across country with a moving van and we're a bit nervous about leaving our belongings unattended for the night. The hourly parking lot checks by management were definitely welcomed and helped ease our anxiety!

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were very good. The entire staff were helpful and friendly and even printed out instructions for my driving destinations. I liked the nearby free parking.

Having traveled extensively and stayed at many Hiltons around the world, this was by far the worst experience. Being a Gold HH, I expect a certain level of attention and service which this Hilton doesn't provide. No upgrades for HH, being treated like a second class citizen, executive lounge closed, manager that doesn't care about his company's valued customers. Had...

For this I want to express my most sincere and heartfelt apologies. I want to assure you, that by no means, did you...

Our stay at Hilton-Tucson East was very nice. Parking was good, service was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, lots of amenities with pool/fitness area/wifi... The breakfast upgrade was meager with no protein options but, overall, this is a very nice hotel. We will definitely stay again when we return to Tucson.

Several of my business associates and I stayed here recently. While the rooms were pleasant enought, all of us shared how the air conditioning was tough to make work. We're not sure why, but the thermostat just didn't seem to work. The hot rooms made sleep difficult. The restaurant was what really made a decent experience go south. Even with...

The hotel staff was amazing and we weren't far from anything. 20 minutes to downtown Tucson to go-kart and airport. Great location, I would definitely stay there again when we are in town and recommend it to anyone else.

OK for one person. Small bath for any more! Air Conditioner was loud and ran all night? Refrig & Microwave only available at EXTRA cost! Breakfast was minimal 3 stars Actually thought this the worst Hilton we have stayed at. We are HHonors members.

Very old and needs a update. Rooms were dreary and carpet was old and you could see where they replaced a square of it. Bathroom needs a overhaul. Cleaning staff needs to be more friendly instead of looking at you for asking them for a extra bar of soap
