This is one of the best conference hotels I have been to. From the front desk, to housekeeping, very friendly staff who were sincere in their interest in my stay. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the city so your experience is nice and quiet. The rooms are huge, very clean and the bed was very...

This property is one of the nicest I have been too. Staff where wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious with hugh bath tubs. The food was delicious I loved the fish tacos the best.

Unbelievably run down, worn, aged, tired, stained, and smells musty. To use the term resort in the name is a misnomer. We left after the first night and would have left sooner but couldn't. It's like a time machine but not in a good way. It's not retro. The price is not high, $140 plus tax, but we could and...

Our organization had a free night stay card that an employee won during a company event. We didn't realize that it had expired at the time. We talked directly to Mr. Contreras and he said he would honor the card through 3/31/2017 and that our employee would need to contact him directly. Bad news is that he won't return their...

Beautiful facility, great food and very friendly staff. I found it easy to find my way around the complex. The spa and workout room is very inviting with great equipment to use. The heated pool was awesome! I only wish I played golf!

Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door and checked in quickly. The girl at the front desk made sure to tell me how to get to my room & gave me a map. When I got to my room, which was the Hacienda, it was beautiful! There was champagne waiting for me on ice. I felt like a movie...

There is no justification for a resort fee for this property. i wish a refund for that amount. This was just an add on to the room rate and is deceptive. This is merely a hotel with a pool. 2. There were no tea bags in the room and they attempted to charge us $6.00 for 8 tea bags until...

Great hotel overall. We stayed here on our way back to California from a Christmas trip to New Mexico. We booked an extra night so we could spend some time in Tucson, but we ended up hanging out at the pool instead. We had reserved a two queen room, but they didn't have any available when we checked in, so...

We've been staying at Omnis a lot recently, so when we needed to find a place in Tucson, we decided to take advantage of our "frequent traveler" status and chose their local property. It's actually a golf resort, which we normally wouldn't pick since we don't play, but being on a golf course does give you the illusion of being...

We were traveling from Yuma to Tucson and booked 2 rooms last minute at this resort. They accommodated us as best as possible with the short notice. It would have been even better if the rooms were side-by-side as my 83 year old father-in-law would be in a room by himself. We ordered in room dining (steaks and pizza) as...
