My husband and I just returned from a five-night stay at the Hacienda del Desierto B&B in celebration of our five-year wedding anniversary. We stayed in the La Rosa room, which was cheery, comfortable, and cozy. (And the bed was amazing!) We loved everything about this B&B. The location was quiet, peaceful, and secluded, away from traffic and other city...

Hacienda del Desierto B&B was a fantastic place to enjoy a real quiet experience. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the surrounding desert without other buildings nearby makes the experience very peaceful. The innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating. The décor is a bit dated, but very well kept and very clean. The location is perfect if you want to...

The Hacienda was all I'd hoped for and more. We live in (brrr) western Mass, and I'd planned for months for our mid-winter get away. We arrived tired after flying all day. The Galleria suite, where we stayed, immediately refreshed my soul. It's a lively, colorful set of rooms with a very comfy bed. The separate sitting room has a...

This was my third stay with hosts Rosemary and David Brown, but it the first time my sister went with me. We were raised in Tucson and love to go back for a visit; staying at this wonderful B&B in the foothills of the Rincon Mountains made our homecoming memorable. On this occasion, we were visited by a group of...

We spent two nights staying in the Casita and it was just perfect for us to decompress and relax. A beautiful, quiet, private patio to sit out up close and personal to all the cactus and desert plants and watch the birds feed from the hanging feeders but the real highlight was seeing the herd of javalina come by in...

What a beautiful house. Rosemary and David were excellent hosts. Our room was big, clean and very cozy. We could have stayed in there all day. We used the hot tub one evening after a long day, it was relaxing and very quiet(no traffic sound anywhere). Breakfast was delicious. We loved the place so much we´d like to live there....

My mom and I (coming from Germany) had planned a 3 week vacation in Tucson, and I had been looking for a place that would give my mom the "true" desert experience, which I repeatedly had enjoyed when staying at a friends' house: To me, that is watching the animals come by the house, smell the desert, hear the breeze...

We were looking for a quiet place to spend the last 4 nights of our tour through the Southwest and found the Hacienda del Desierto on TripAdvisor. We had the La Rosa Room, it is perfect if you want to be on your own. You can sit on your private patio until late in the night and enjoy the solitude...

Lovely room, attention to detail from the owners, very good breakfasts and the beautiful surroundings all make for a very relaxing stay. Sitting on our own patio with a glass of wine watching the javellinas, woodpeckers and hummingbirds come and go is just the perfect end to the day. In fact you will see more wildlife here than in the...

This was our first visit to this B&B. Our friends, who had stayed previously, recommended it. If you want to have a true Arizona experience this is a great place to do just that. Even though it is August and quite warm the property is beautiful and so welcoming. It is a quiet place, very serene and peaceful. The grounds...
