Thank you, Desert Diamond, for extending the "Tribute Card" offer to Veterans. A friend told me about the promotion so I stopped by and signed up. The Tribute Card gives Veterans one free night per month for a year. Since the hotel is less than three miles from Tucson International Airport, it is a good deal for those nights before...

Thank you for your recent comments concerning the smoke in the casino.. I do apologize for the inconvenience of our tobacco smoke situation during your visit. We truly value your comments as we wish to have all of our Guests comfortable in our Casino environment. While we have made some modifications to our mechanical systems, we have not thoroughly completed...

We were very disappointed with our stay here! Thank God it was only for 1 night! It's our first time in Tuscon and I think it left us with a bad taste in our mouth. Especially after we just visited Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix. The best part of the hotel was the pool area. It was actually nice. The elevators...

Thank you for your review of our hotel. I would like to apologize on the condition of your room. I have spoken with Executive Housekeeper and she stated this was not standards. She is addressing this issue with her team. As for the vanities, our facilities department is working very hard to refurbish all of the vanities with water damage...

Paying full rate for a room like this now days its not worth it! Its outrages how even if you are silver level or higher the rate is over $100 is most days. When the room is complimented or you get it for a discounted rate it changes but still.... cleaning is becoming poorly and costumer service is not as...

we were disappointed our free room was twin doubles instead of two queens as advertised. Also, it felt like we were sleeping on a runway with the jet planes taking off from the military base. They did away with the free continental breakfast for a new cafe that charges you. Casino Del Sol has better accommodations and perks. Plus you...

Thank you for your comments on Trip Advisor. We would like to apologize for your experience. I value your comments to improve our guest experience. All of our rooms with two beds have with two queen beds instead of double beds. Like any city, there are times where you can hear the jet noise in proximity to the airport. We...

This hotel was hyped as the place to stay; so we met there around Christmas with some family. It was a disappointment for many reasons. Firstly, we were in different towers. The rooms were average and it sounded like fighter jets were going to break through the walls in the morning as the hotel apparently hasn't splurged on sound proof...

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel since it opened years ago. We now visit at least once a month, and usually stay for 2 nights. We are non-smokers, so we appreciate the fact that the hotel is smoke-free. The free breakfast off the hotel lobby has been discontinued. We didn't really care to eat there, as there...

We play at the casino a couple of times per month and decided to stay overnight at the hotel. Glad that we did. The hotel is is very clean and is not real old. The staffing was very nice and polite, not only at the hotel but also in the casino. Free soda and coffee for the bingo players. We...

We recently stayed for one night at the Hotel. The rooms and the hotel are as usual very nice. Very clean and well decorated. We get the deluxe king bedroom which has a veranda. Great place to drink champagne. BUT, while inside the hotel is no smoking, guests are allowed to smoke on their balconies. So, the people staying below...

We loved the idea of having a resort available to us with a casino and restaurants. While the room and hotel were great (including the staff), the onsite eating places were really bad - especially the "free" breakfast included with the room. The casino was a nice size but there were no "non-smoking" areas and the ventilation was terrible, if...
