Great check-in experience. The property is beautiful. We had a king executive two-room suite with balcony on the corner. Lots of space in the room. Bathroom had both a large shower and separate tub. In the pool area, the lazy river did not have much speed, but was very relazing. If you are a Marriott rewards member, the much quieter...

This is a world class spa resort. The rooms are very nice & service was excellent. I'm not a huge fan of the "dry desert" experience, but I would return to this resort any day. If you visit, check out the grounds & you might see some of the wildlife. But, careful with the cacti plants...yes they can "jump" onboard....

The JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa is a great place to vacation or have a company function. The rooms are nice, the staff is pleasant, the restaurants and food are good and the scenery is everything you would want for a desert-western experience. I highly recommend visiting.

I have not stayed at this hotel. But my cousin has. Her dad, who has advanced alzheimers, in in a nearby care facility, and she visits him frequently. She always stays at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa. Now anybody can stay at a hotel, and get good to maybe even great service. But here's what sets...

This hotel is nearly flawless. It's stunningly beautiful, with one of the most amazing outdoor decks that extends as part of the lobby. The rooms are gorgeous, with all tile bathrooms and big spacious walk-in showers with frameless glass doors. For my, two of the biggest attractions in hotels are: quality of bathrooms, and the lobbys/public-spaces. This location has both...

From the front entrance coming and going everything was first class. I had reserved for the wrong days but the staff adjusted to rescue me. The spa for massage and pedicure was excellent. Enjoyed the food and the music on the patio. Excellent visit. Will go again.

Rooms are not the fanciest, but clean and up to date. You go here for property. Hiking trails in desert, great lazy river, pools. Romantic evenings in courtyard with Tucson views. Highly recommended over all other Tucson resorts, but usually pricier.

This resort was amazing. The scenery was spectacular and the whole vibe is one of relaxation. I spent most of my free time on the patio or in the vast lobby area. Most of the employees are very friendly...especially the shuttle drivers. There are many activities for all ages. The pools were cold! I would definitely go back.

We always have a blast when we come here. With the kids or without. Every time we come we never want to leave. The scenery is second to none and the cucumber margarita is THE BUSINESS! Also the breakfast package reminds me of Vegas, pure shmorgusboard of heavenly treats and build your own omlet. "Extra avacado sir?" "You bet your...

Great location, views etc. However, I was very surprised that our bags were searched when entering the pool area and I had an orange and some raspberries confiscated as, "outside food was not allowed". It was like I was at 6 Flags or something - not what I'd expect from a resort and there were security guards everywhere watching all...
