The hotel is in obvious need of updates. Pros of the hotel: conveniently located within walking distance to the convention center and public transportation. Cons: the ventilation was poor and there was mold in the bathroom, mattresses were hard although the pillows were soft, the breakfast that was included was decent but the coffee was terrible, and the bar that...

Booked 4 nights but couldn't wait to get out. Look at the photos and it will tell the story. Three families traveling together and we all checked out early. Gladly drove and extra 45 minutes to get to different hotel on E. Speedway to commute daily to Tucson Trap Club. Riverpark Inn wouldn't let us leave the next day without...

We arrived during the Gem & Mineral show. Everything I had read online said that the show would be done a week before we arrived. If you're in Tucson for the show, I'm sure the fact that the vendors are ALL OVER the property is a plus. For us, it was not. Parking was ok during the show but it...

Visited during Gem Exhibition, but didn't know. Litter everywhere ! The exhibition completely took over hotel. Outdated hotel, with very frugal ideas. Didn't get daily soap , for instance. Took 2x to call for Maintenance to get message about bathtub problem. Our door wouldn't close all the way unless we Slammed it. Just not what we expected for the price...

Apparently there is a "gem show" coming soon and construction workers were putting up many, many tent frames and tents. This required the use of a jackhammer at 645 in the morning. Bad timing I guess, but call and ask first if they are done setting up. Had to drown quite a bit of ants back down the bathroom drain,...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your compliments about the staff and finding the hotel to be a nice place. I apologize that the Pueblo Gem & Mineral Show setup inconvenienced you. We are very proud to host the show but realize the setup can be a nuisance. The good news is that the setup is almost...

This inn is just off I-10, near downtown Tucson. Our room was large with two queen beds, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a hairdryer. The wifi worked well--the clerk at the desk said it had just been upgraded. The whole building is gated--one uses one's key to get in. It is built in an open square with...

Dear Guest, I am happy the WiFi was working well as we did just do a major upgrade. We try very hard to make our guest's experience at the hotel a very positive one and from your review I know we are succeeding. Glad you enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant / bar as well. We do have a new chef...

We stayed here for almost five days. They were sold out but the only time we ever saw anyone was at breakfast. Nice pool area with separate hot tub area. Very convenient location as it's right off the highway and right next to the train.Breakfast is included. Basic with eggs, potatoes, sausage or ham, rolls, and lukewarm coffee. Cereal also...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review. You covered many aspects of our hotel and we appreciate all the compliments. It really is a good value and has a resort-like feeling with the pool and hot tub without the high price. I will be sure and remind the staff to keep an eye...

The room was great, bed very comfortable. Had a microwave and a small refrigerator. Wonderful shower, enormous towels. Had a little trouble with my room keys, turned out it was the battery. All the staff were very helpful. However, the breakfast room was downright cold. Eggs I had were delicious, but I had to eat them quickly, before they got...

This hotel looks and feels straight out of the 1970's. It comes complete with a Mr. Coffee pot in the room along with an enormous telephone, smallish bathrooms with real tiles in the shower, rooms that overlook an outdoor pool, a series of hotel buildings that are two-story (and, I think, no elevator to take you to the second floor),...

Dear Guest, We are so happy you enjoyed the birding festival. It is quite a treat. Thank you for your kind words about our hotel. We are proud of Riverpark’s vintage architecture and love all the character that accompanies it. We are not a cookie cutter hotel that is for sure. I will let our staff know about your kind...

It was ok, the only thing I didn't like was they put me upstairs in a corner room, the rooms were clean and so the bathroom, they had a buffet breakfast with coffee and juice, plenty of parking, the view I had was not very good consider where I was,
