Spent 3 mights here. Nice reception but wow huge clean bedrooms.
Double beds super comfy
Shower room everything laid out perfectly.
Lots of food places around and very close to downtown. Cant say anything bad except maybe the cleaners hover outside your door to let...More

Thanks for the review! I will share your comments with our Refresh team. They are passionate about their work.
The Tucson Aloft, though a beautiful hotel, lacks some amenities I would have expected. Poor arrangement of the bathroom/kitchen area (seriously, the mini fridge is under the bathroom sink), with no area for dressing privately. A simple accordion style screen would have solved that problem....More

Thanks for staying with us during the Arizona. Aloft does offer a clean and modern design for the traveler on the go. You are correct, we do not offer a free breakfast. We do have complimentary coffee and in room water. In addition we offer...More
I pulled back the sheets last Friday night to find stains and handwriting on the sheet next to the stain. I was tired and already in PJs so I just pulled back the sheets on the other bed. That too had stains. Called front desk...More

This hotel is GORGEOUS. Like, show stopper gorgeous, and it looks way more expensive than it is, which is always a good thing! My room was beautiful, and the real star was the bathroom with the walk in shower stall. Also, BLISS PRODUCTS! Helloooooo, luxury....More

Yeah, Phone number is 520-908-6800, front desk should be the first to answer and possibly the only ones to but whoever does I'd just say "I would like to make a reservation." Or even asking them if they have rooms available or what their rate is for that night.
One thing I should mention is if you tried calling overnight or early morning there might have been a chance that the front desk person had to use the restroom or take something (like towels) to a guests room real quick and wasn't at their desk when you called (if you did, not sure if you attempted but no one answered or was generally needing to know how to book a room) since typically there is only one of them working when its overnight. Hoped this helped :)
Hi, Caroline! It's connected to a mini mall and a shopping center, so it's convenient. The area seemed safe--it's just surrounded by parking lots so there's the traffic to consider. Wishing you a great trip!
