The Aloft is a nice hotel but to be honest, I expected much more for the price paid. The contemporary lobby and rooms are cool. The staff is friendly and a lot of things are within walking distance like restaurants and such.More

Thank you so much for your loyalty. Wishing you a great graduation.
Stayed for a couple of days while registering child for college. My first experience with an Aloft, likely my last. I get the slimed down room and amenities in new hotel brands that are being built, and that is reflected in the price, but the...More
The property is what you’d expect from an Aloft... contemporary and sleek, focusing on chill. Room was nice & comfortable. Bed was too soft, but well appointed. Stay away from the kitchen/ food area- even though the menu is inventive and tempting, everything is microwaved....More

Yeah, Phone number is 520-908-6800, front desk should be the first to answer and possibly the only ones to but whoever does I'd just say "I would like to make a reservation." Or even asking them if they have rooms available or what their rate is for that night.
One thing I should mention is if you tried calling overnight or early morning there might have been a chance that the front desk person had to use the restroom or take something (like towels) to a guests room real quick and wasn't at their desk when you called (if you did, not sure if you attempted but no one answered or was generally needing to know how to book a room) since typically there is only one of them working when its overnight. Hoped this helped :)
Hi, Caroline! It's connected to a mini mall and a shopping center, so it's convenient. The area seemed safe--it's just surrounded by parking lots so there's the traffic to consider. Wishing you a great trip!
