I've been staying here for over 30 years, and I've always enjoyed it. No more. Today they tried to charge me $99 plus tax for a standard room. The new owners have apparently lost any sense of what their mediocre rooms are worth. In previous iterations, this place offered free breakfast and free Happy Hour cocktails. No longer. The Ramada...

Been here a few times for a convention the past few years. This time was a little different. In the past the place was a run down dump. This time they dressed up the dump. They have a nice new modern lobby. But that's about it. Rooms are run down and most things don't work. They supposedly have been working...

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. The carpet was beyond filthy; it looked like it was from a mechanic's garage, had rips and tears in it, and there was no way I was walking in bare feet, much less socks on it. One of the beds was so sunken in the middle that it was clearly...

We chose this hotel because friends who live close told us about it. It was a good price, but they said it might be old looking. We were happily surprised by the gorgeous renovations! The room was very clean and well appointed - even a jacuzzi tub, the lobby was beautifully decorated and the restaurant was very nice! The new...

Dirty and sticky carpets, smelly rooms, dusty lamps and tables, no trash bags in bins, had to ask for it, coffee machine in room doesn't work,no coffee in lobby area, front desk can't recommend any food places if you call them and ask. There will be a list of things if I write it down all. Wont recommend anyone to...

We stayed at the Hotel Tucson for a mock trial tournament and needed about 10 rooms. The only reason why we stayed at this hotel was because of price and close proximity to the tournament. Check in took almost an hour because the front desk person hardly spoke English. The pool was great, but that was the only great thing...

Honestly the part of the hotel was I stayed in was in dire need of plumbing upgrades. Would I say here again? Probably as I'm not a picky person as long as the room is clean and I have a working bath room. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was free and eatable. If you are that...

We have stayed here many times, and the pool, the outdoor jacuzzi, the grassy areas with big old trees have remained the same beautiful place. But the rooms are sub-par: stained carpet, torn curtains, shabby sofa bed, leaky kitchette faucet, broken shower nozzle, no hot shower/bath water, no plug for the bathtub, cockroach(es) in the kitchen area, bedbugs (dead&alive) in...

Thank you for your feed back, we are committed to bringing this beautiful property up to it's full potential. While some of the rooms in their current condition show the age of the property we try our very best to address any issues that occur in a timely fashion. We are undergoing a renovation which includes the common areas and...

Got here in 109 degrees no air on in the room. Run down very old rooms. Had the air running for an hour now and still sitting here sweating! We were told they don't turn air on for guests! We will NEVER stay here again!

I have to say I NEVER have left a bad review about anything. Hotel Tucson, is under renovation. I will give them that. I have an Expedia account and tried to book our room ( Right across the freeway from A mountain) To my disappointment the hotel was totally sold out, yeah right, I called the hotel and they had...
