We stayed here on January 22, 2016 for a Boy Scout swap meet. The facility was well kept up on the outside and our room was very clean as was the bedding. We had no problems at all with anything. A slight negative was they do not have coffee makers in the rooms and they only offer coffee during the... More

We spent three nights here. It was $ 20 cheaper than the University Inn two blocks away. It had all the usual amenities, free Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, etc. The one thing that didn't quite live up to expectations was the breakfast. It was pretty much donuts and coffee, especially if you got there late. Recommend. Will stay again if given... More

Our room was spotlessly clean and excellent value - far nicer than we were expecting based on some of the reviews. With a fridge and microwave, free breakfast and a very small pool It is in easy driving distance of the university and downtown (You could even walk if it wasn't so hot outside). There's not much in the way... More

Near freeway but difficult to find entrance. Could be so much more but it appears owners/managers do not care. Asked to have wobbly work table repaired. Told it would be or they would get another one. Asked twice. No response. Carpets look as if last cleaned when installed. Good wife. Micro wave and ref in room. Quiet when i was... More

The room was nice and clean...a little noisey in the morning. Staff was not friendly at all, but price was good for basic accommodations. The room did have a fridge and microwave which was nice. They gave us a third floor room with no elevator which was a little inconvenient.

We have two sons attending the University of Arizona so we have to be cost conscious. This hotel fits the bill! We got two third floor rooms, which although on the small side were perfect for four of us, wife, daughter, my mom and myself. Service was outstanding! Breakfast is pretty basic but was ok. We didn't have time to... More

We paid $45 plus tax per night on booking.com. The room had a double (perhaps queen) bed, a microwave, a fridge, no coffee maker, no hair dryer (as advertised), a TV with many channels, good internet, a table and 2 chairs, 2 bedside tables, a dresser with 4 drawers, no clock radio (but one doesn't really need that anymore), and... “The building has three stories, but the top story doesn't go all the way round. The building is shaped like a U with the parking inside the U, but the third floor only goes part way. I don't know whether there is an elevator. We had a ground floor room in a corner as we asked for a quiet room.”
