This is a really cool place. Do not stay here if you are afraid of a 1/2 mile bumpy gravel road/driveway. OR-- Javelinas, Deer, Birds and 2 Coyotes that all come to feed and get water there daily. We absolutely loved it and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great breakfasts, large comfortable rooms. An exceptionally peaceful and laid...

The Crickethead Inn Bed and Breakfast is in a uniquely ideal location next to Saguaro National Park. It's a homey and down-to-earth place with very comfortable rooms decorated with a combination of southwestern and Balinese styles, and delicious breakfasts. They views are spectacular. All sides of the Crickethead Inn offer unsullied view of mountains and saguaro. During our 2-day visit,...

Mike and Wayan make the stay so memorable. We were there for our 2nd visit and their hospitality will keep us coming back. Breakfasts are amazing and they go out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms are clean and well decorated. We visit Arizona for birding and general nature appreciation. Their property is on the doorstep of...

The Crickethead Inn is a wonderful place to stay. It is located on the edge of Saguaro National Park and the view from the veranda is wonderful. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning and watching the quail, doves and even coyotes come in for a drink at the small water hole. Breakfasts are excellent and the innkeepers, Michael and...

My wife and I spent two nights at the Crickethead Inn B&B and wished that we could have spent at least a couple more. What a find. Proprietors Mike and Wayan made us both feel at home. I particularly enjoyed Mike's sense of humor and Wayan's scrumptious breakfasts. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and the area was...

We absolutely loved this place! It is up a long twisting gravel road. Go slowly and persevere; you will be rewarded with a beautiful, relaxing hideaway. Your hosts are fascinating and friendly. The breakfasts are wonderful, but be sparing with Wayan's home made, garden fresh Indonesian salsa, it really packs a punch. The decor is a blend of desert southwest...

This place is not for every one. If you are a nature lover you will be at home here. When my brother and sister in-law came to town they asked us to join them for a couple of nights at the Cricket Head Inn, we thought why not they had been going there for years and love it. We live...

I wanted to stay close to the picture rocks area and the Saguaro National Park because a friend lived close by and they said “Hey, there is this B&B named Crickethead inn up the road”, so on a blind suggestion I went for it thinking, what the heck. I was amazed at the private desert setting and calming beauty of...

If you want a peaceful place to stay right on the edge of the desert, this is the spot for you. It's located at the end of a twisty dirt road at the west side of the west block of Saguaro National Park. Trails head out from their desert garden into the park's saguaro and cholla wonderland, so if you...
