Jim and Marion make this B&B perfect. They are so helpful. Small and intimate surroundings. Centrally located, with eateries within walking distance. You feel like you are visiting with friends at breakfast. The decor is a AZ motif. LOTS of interesting items to look at. Choose the Sam Hughes room.

Staff was very pleasant and the setting is nice. Very close to AU. The only complaint was the mattress. For the amount charged, I'd get something better during a Labor Day sale and put it on a more substantial frame, rather than the metal frame the current mattress is on. Every move in bed was noisy and certainly felt by...

I stayed here for two nights, it was a nice change from big box hotel chains. The location was very convenient, close to the university, within walking walking distance of several restaurants, include Miss Saigon. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice. I would recommend the place, I would stay here again.

I can't say how pleased we were with our stay. The host and hostess,Marion and Jim Hook do a wonderful job and running the bed and breakfast. Very helpful owners who are willing to give directions, advice on places to see and more. They keep the inn very clean and welcoming. The two rooms we rented out were perfect for...

This lovely B&B is in a great location. It is within walking distance of the University of Arizona campus in a nice, established neighborhood. We enjoyed one warm evening walking through the neighborhood and around campus. The B&B itself is a gem. We stayed in the Atanacia room. I imagine having the fireplace would be cozy and romantic in the...

We stayed in the Sam Hughes room, which was lovely. We got in a little...

Jim gave us some great advice during our short trip to visit the desert museum since my wife and I wanted to go hiking. Marion's breakfast is great too. She may have made the best...

My daughters and I were only in Tucson for 1 night and chose the Adobe Rose over a motel. So glad we did! We had 4 in the king suite and had plenty of room. Jim and Marian are so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious; especially the raspberry coffee cake --yum so good. We enjoyed breakfasting with the...

Enjoyed several great days at Adobe Rose Inn, a lovely southwest B&B in the heart of the Sam Hughes Historic District where we could walk to the University of Arizona and the Sun Link trolley. Gourmet breakfast, pool , romantic private hot tub beneath orange tree with Italian lights. Excellent new friends to meet at breakfast table & hosts, Jim...

The Adobe Rose Inn is a great place to stay in Tucson. The location is perfect, especially if you want to just walk in to the University. The breakfasts are amazing and Marion and Jim are the perfect hosts. My room had a very comfortable bed, full bathroom, and all the amenities I needed. The house is a beautiful adobe...
