We were passing through on our way back home from our first trip out West. We had planned to just do a walk through of The Stanley but ended up staying with a killer deal on room for one night. The views are incredible. The hotel was so charming - and spooky! You can just picture this hotel being haunted...

We were on business trip to Colorado and had a business meetings at Stanley hotel for several days. It was a really Nice place to have the gathering of the management team. In the weekend i had the pleasure to go to Bear Lake in the national park. The hotel has a good restaurant and the breakfast is good. Try...

We spend each birthday at The Stanley. It is an old hotel with all the character you would expect. Nothing too fancy, but comfortable. We like to stay in the main hotel. We have taken several ghost tours throughout the years, but unfortunately this year's evening ghost tour was a disappointment. Also, the tours do not change much if at...

The Stanley was fantastic IMHO. I prefer the old and storied over modern and crisp so take my rating with that in mind. The 4th floor is supposed to have the most paranormal activity and you pay more for that adventure. We were put on the 4th w/o upgrading I'm supposing because the front lot was under construction and closed....

We visit Estes Park very frequently and finally decided to spend a night. My husband took me to the Stanley for my birthday weekend. We upgraded to the Haunted Stay and did a Ghost Tour, which was super fun. I even captured several apparitions on my camera. We enjoyed the participatory show "Illusions of the Passed" by Aiden Sinclair which...

We spent 2 days at the Stanley to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a blast and loved everything about the place. Hope to go back someday in the Summer so we can enjoy the beauty of the area. You must try the bar and restaurant, the bloody Mary was fantastic. We really enjoyed wandering around the property and taking...

Walking through the halls of this historic hotel, and riding the original brass elevator to the 4th floor, where our room was located, the mystery surrounds you. Our dormer room was perfectly appointed with over-sized four poster bed and complimenting furniture. And, yes, in the dark of the night the doors up and down the hall slammed one after the...

My best friend and I stayed here one night. We spent hours at the bar and enjoyed tasting the specialty cocktails. Dinner was excellent, and finally when the bar closed we ventured all around the hotel. Sadly, no ghosts, orbs, apparitions, or any other paranormal activity appeared but I managed to freak myself out enough it was hard to get...

Took family in for our traditional drink in the bar. Usually great but the Manhattan we incredible short pour and swamped with bitters. For $17 each it was a joke. The ambience is always great. Love the place but this stinko over priced drink killed it. I am from NY and accept paying $$ for drinks but they have to...
