We stayed in the Family Suite at the inn. It had a nice-sized bedroom with a king bed and a sink, a "living room" with foldout sofa for the kids to sleep on, a kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, oven, sink, toaster, coffeemaker, and a full bath. The kitchen table and chairs were in front of a bay window, and...

If you are ready to go back to the 50s, this may be your spot. This place charges bottom dollar in a popular tourist town, so don't be too surprised at what you get. The room was tiny. Things we now consider standard are not there: Closet? No. Well, there must be a dresser to put your clothes in, right?...

i knew when i booked this place, that it was more of an older, old-fashioned motel. Nothing wrong with that at all. The room was a tad bit on the small size but when you're vacationing and only need a place to sleep, size doesn't matter. It was extremely clean. I even did the white-glove test and guess what -...

The room smelled, no hot water in the shower, the bed hurt our backs, not good room amenities and the innkeeper was un-helpful with a very bad attitude... in our opinion you'll be better off to stay in your car!!!

I wasn't expecting to stay at such an old motel. No microwave or coffee pot or dresser or hair dryer. Had to ask for soap and toilet paper. The tv was on a side wall so only one person can see it. Only one outlet was 3 prong which I needed. What a place!

Just got back from staying 4 nights at Columbine Inn. I could not in good faith give it more than 2 'stars'. The people who run it are nice enough. It is clean. The problem is it is just too small. I had a 1 bed room. There was barely enough room to walk around the bed to the bathroom....

The room was very clean and well laid out. The Inn is very close to the amazing places in Estes Park but manages to feel like a quiet oasis away from the crowd. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to stage our Rocky Mountain Park adventure.

Ok the columbine is actually extremely clean, small, quaint, and well maintained. Now there's the screen door at your room, a tv monitor, and pine cone wall paper. It's really a throw back to yesteryear. You literally pull up to your room. Continental breakfast, quick access to Estes and rocky mtn national park, you're good to go.

My wife and I just needed to get away and didn't make any firm plans as to where we were going to stay on this trip to Colorado. The Columbine was in the price range we were looking for, so we called ahead the day before to see if they had a room available for our stay in Estes Park,...

The property was very clean and neat. Enjoyed having a picnic on picnic table by the hot tub. They are pet friendly for a price.. The only complaint we have is that they offer a free breakfast but do not open until 7:30 am. Most travelers want to start out before that to visit the park and get on the...
