I spent a December weekend in Estes Park and stayed in a motel room at Brynwood on the River. The room was old but charming, clean and very comfortable. My room had 2 queen beds, sink and closet area separate from the toilet/bathtub/shower. There was also a small kitchenette with 2 burners, a microwave, sink, coffeemaker and toaster. If you're...

We packed a lot of kids into our cabin and had a great time. Spectacular location! Screened in porch and a grill - what else could you ask for? When we were not hiking in the RMNP, the kids had a blast at the pool and just climbing around the rocks surrounding the cabin.

Definitely not worth the $210 they charge per night. Not to mention there are condo's on the other side facing the cabins and houses/apartments on one side, no privacy at all. Entire cabin was unlevel, cracks in the bathroom ceiling with mold around it. Blinds looked like they had never been dusted. Was very tempted to get our money back...

We stayed here for 3 nights in one of the motel style rooms. It is older, but clean and comfortable with a small kitchenette that was very handy to have. We liked the location on the road to Rocky Mt. National Park - we didn't have to drive through Estes Park to get there. We were there on a fall...

The property is clean and comfortable. They have rooms, cabins on-site for medium size groups, and individual houses for larger groups in town for larger groups. The previous time we had a house and woke up one morning with a deer laying under the front deck. Close to town and the NP entrance. We have stayed there three separate times.

We have stayed at Brynwood many times and have enjoyed trying out several different cabins during our visits. Each cabin has a different theme and has always been very clean and comfortable. The location is great; close to RMNP, and downtown, but very quiet, especially the cabins on the river. We loved the sound of the river running over the...

Pros: Good and prompt housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff, good location. Cons: Oh, those steps! We rented four cabins for a small family reunion. Of those four cabins, only one had steps into the cabin that was not horrendous. That was the Cuddle Cove. It was still difficult to get into that cabin, but not as bad as others. If...

We recently stayed in one of the cabins on a family vacation with our pre-teen children during our recent trip to Estes Park and Rocky National Park. The cabin was clean, unique, charming and contained everything we needed for our stay. It was rustic, yet had all of the modern conveniences desired by "non-campers." The private hot tub was perfect...

Each cabin in Brynwood is decorated with a special theme. We stayed in the Love Nest cabin by the Big Thompson River. The cabin is older and could use a little remodeling, but we liked it because it was a cabin by itself and not connected to other units like a condo or town home would be. The love nest...
