Three families from three states met in Colorado (nobody's home state). While two family's stayed at the resort, one family couldn't and stayed somewhere else. They wanted to charge $5 per person and $5 per vehicle per visit for them to come see us! That was totally ridiculous! We only wanted to have dinner together each night in our trailer....

When I booked this 1st of the year they were not open yet so I didn't look at the reviews till I was going camping to late to change. I took my grandkids up there cost me 5.00 for each kid each day plus a extra car per day. The pool was to cold for them to swim in hot...

The management of Elk Meadow RV resort have absolutely no regard for the safety or welfare of their clients. The staff is rude and uncaring. While staying there our dog and myself where attacked by the neighbor's black lab. I was pinned against the car and then their spaniel joined in on the attack. I was not injured, however our...

After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous about driving 16 hours to stay here for a week but I'm glad we did. We had a great time! The pool was fun for the kids, washers and dryers were available both times I needed to use them. I didn't need to use the bathhouses because we had...

We usually camp at another property in the area but it was full this week and being up from Denver for a work related trip we thought a little more luxury would be a nice change. Bwahahahaha. Out of the 3 nights we were there we each had about a combined total of 15 minutes where the wifi worked. Worked...

We stayed at Elk Meadows summer of 2014 in the Teepee. We had the best time we're going again next week! What we liked about Elk Meadows: 1. Close proximity to the park 2. Historic buildings 3. swimming pool 4. clean bath house 5. Nightly entertainment! Cowboy Brad was a great concert, my kids loved karaoke night. 6. putt putt,...

We loved this RV park. The location is perfect. You have an amazing view of the Rockies and it was only a 5 minute walk to the visitor center in rocky mtn. National park to get on the shuttles. The bathrooms had just been remodeled,so they were fabulous. Kids loved the pool and putt-putt. Yes, it could probably use some...

The day before we were to leave for Estes Park, I decided to check out TripAdvisor reviews. Bad Mistake. Yes, this place is very dusty. In our row there wasn't even a place to set up a chair to enjoy the evening. The entrance to Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park is truly right around the corner. It is amazingly quiet at...

This place was a huge disappointment for us as we could not unwind in this too cramped area. If you are okay with RV's stacked up about 10 feet apart, and tents about 20 feet apart, no shade trees, dirt everywhere, and cabins that are about 12 x 12 feet including bath, bed , kitchenette, then this place is for...

We were scared at first from the reviews! We decided to take a chance! And glad we did!!! Yes the roads are dirt. Yes, the wind blows. That said you are in the mountains!!! What would you expect? Our camper stayed clean though. The staff are always out talking to people and making sure everyone is ok. There was a...
