Curly Redwood Lodge advertises itself as being built from one curly redwood tree that produced 57,000 board feet of lumber. The impression is given that the 1950's style motel would have a redwood cabin feel. It was disappointing to see regular construction materials used with on

Found this place to be very acceptable. It’s a bit dated but clean and not your big chain operators. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had room by highway but traffic noise wasn’t an issue. Prices were reasonable. View of the harbor. Would stay again.

I’m sorry if it appears to be unprofessional but the beam felt like a laser boring through my eyes. No apology to me for his actions except for writing this negative review.

I really liked this motel. Very large spacious rooms. Beautiful vintage redwood interior. Bed was very comfortable and the room very well kept and clean. Large walk in shower with good hot water and plenty of pressure. Directly across the street is the Fisherman's Restaurant
