I stayed at the Courtyard because they are typically fairly updated and pretty nice. I also called the hotel and they said they had security in the parking lot at night (not sure of that though)!! First, the hotel is very hard to get to off of the Interstate, and not in a good location. SECOND... it needs updating BADLY!!!...

Our room was located on the interstate side of the hotel and the noise was horrible which of course prevented a good sleep. The room has been updated and was pleasant. The bed was newer and comfortable luckily. I was traveling with an elderly person who had trouble showering because the bathtub was very slippery, however.

We checked-in on line, so they were waiting for us when we got there, and we received our keys immediately. Our room was kept very cool, which was great since it was a very hot day. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. We will stay here again.

This hotel has beautiful architecture. The pool is in a separate room and has a hot-tub and fitness room. Room was quite comfortable, clean and odor-free. Greeted with enthusiasm from desk clerk. It really does have a aesthetically-pleasing courtyard in the center of the hotel. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is NOT free, though. I'm used to going to much less expensive...

This place needs a refresh. Could smell disinfectant cleaner everywhere but mostly in the room. Big stain on the room chair. Beds were ok, having a balcony was nice. Checked in late after 10pm so restaurant wasn't available but bar was open. Near check in desk is a mini market selection of snacks.

We stayed there recently overnight. The front desk staff are rude. The room was just average. In fact the bathroom needed a little maintenance and the air conditioner made a terrible noise. A customer at the front desk said his smoke alarm went off all night. Our rate included breakfast and it was like pulling teeth to get the tickets...

Traveled June 25-27 as a couple. The room was nice and quiet. I noticed a tear on the carpet by the bathroom but no big deal. Comfortable bed and pillows. The room is laid out kinda strange, If you want to watch TV in bed, you do have to move the entire set on the counter top. No big deal,...

During the weekend do not stay on the freeway side you won't get any sleep . Young adults drag race on the freeway ramp. Its loud and doesn't stop until about 3 AM. They leave ear plugs on the night stand next to the lamp. Hotel is clean and close to shopping and food.

Great location, quaint southwestern architecture, friendly and hospitable staff. The views from most of the rooms are beautiful (watched balloons take off early in the morning). The courtyard is a great spot to sit and relax. Staff is simply outstanding.

We switched to this hotel mid-trip due to issues at a different hotel. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The room is clean if a little understated. The beds are very firm which I like. The pool and jacuzzi are solid. The bar and bistro area are cute and the courtyard is wonderful. Manning at...
