It's mentioned in other reviews as being a bit dated, and it is. However, it's convenient and quiet despite being at the interchange for I-25 and I-40, although it's not immediately accessible from University or Menaul. Check-in and service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast featured a fair amount of New Mexican specialties. The property consists of multiple buildings... More

My husband and I stopped at this motel for one night. It's close to I-25 and was convenient. Check in was fast and the front desk staff member was very nice. Our room was on the ground floor and had a sliding glass door that opened up onto a courtyard. The room was clean and modern. This motel is physically... More

Quite restful place after a fun day at the balloon festival. Our tour of thirty five stayed two nights during Balloon Fiesta. We all enjoyed our rooms and great breakfast. It is a convenient location , all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was clean - but needed updating and a refresh. Elevator was extremely worn and public dining area was equally tattered. Staff was very friendly and accommodating - answering many questions for first time Balloon Festival visitor.

Nice Honest and Friendly accommodations..... great recommendations! We got in really late but the front desk agent was very very nice. When I explained that I needed a room with easy access for someone with impaired mobility, she found us a nice quiet room close to an entrance.

The room was very clean, quiet, and roomy. The refrig was helpful and tv works great. Breakfast was early but not early enough to look at the balloons. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to the shuttles.

Although it is true, the hotel looks old, specially the elevator, everything is always clean, the pool, the gym, the rooms. Everyone is always nice, at the breakfast area the employees approach and make sure everything is alright. Will definitely come back.

I stay here often when visiting Albuquerque for business. This is a relatively safe option if you are pinching pennies. Nothing fancy, but beds are comfortable and there is that ubiquitous free breakfast that is a nice addition. I also like their swimming pool - just long enough to be able to swim laps - and they have a decent... More

Dear valued customer, We agree the front desk has been lacking in some areas. We have overturned a great staff who went on to better and more career oriented goals. We have new people who are getting into the customer service goals we all appreciate. Give us a chance when you come back, it is getting better. More

A rather run down Marriott property in an iffy area. Room #145 had a dingy feel that included cracked cabinetry in the bathroom. The sliding door that could not be opened for "safety" reasons so it wasn't possible to get fresh air in the room. The mini-fridge did not keep things cold. The free breakfast is served in a small... Great place to stay. Customer service was excellent. Hotel staff is very informative and polite. Complementary breakfast has several options to choose from whether it's fresh fruit to scrambled eggs and bacon it's good. Hotel is very clean, well maintained. So many restaurants near by. Wonderful place to stay.
