It's an okay hotel, honestly it's better than a lot of the reviews make it out to be. It's livable and workable. Cleanish? I think? Some stuff seemed clean and some seemed not so clean.. the towels weren't bad my sheets were fine but my friends had some sort of stain on them, just looked like they got stepped on...

The hotel staff was warm and friendly. The hotel is setup like the old Route 66 motels. The room needed some updating and repairs. The wind and traffic noise was quite annoying though the front door and ac unit. The carpet needed to be vacuumed as we found stuff still on the floor. We will look for a different hotel...

This was an old HI that was converted into and Express. The rooms were OLD and dated with a small balcony that lead into a pool area that was under construction. The bathroom was small and dark. I stayed here because it was close to the interstate but realize now I should have driven a bit off the interstate for...

Stayed overnight at this hotel while traveling to Arizona with my family. Nice big comfortable beds. Great breakfast with many choices of items to choose from. Indoor pool is a plus as is the fitness room. Will stay here again when we travel to Az. No complaints. Nice staff.

I was charged twice for one night, on TA and directly at hotel. Was provided no receipt at hotel and now am having to dispute with bank. Rooms were clean but this is an old hotel and is a HI express in name only

While the hotel's location is handy to I-40 is not easy to find. Its is a dated two story hotel. I f you need your room to be HC accessible then request a first floor room as I didn't see an elevator. Room were very clean and staff helpful.

We chose this location b/c of the indoor pool for our kiddos after a day in the car. The pool was great. The room is basic and was clean and quiet--no traffic noise. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is typical but good and lots of variety. My only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom is...

This was very clean and we loved the outside entrances. We always travel with a lot of camera equipment and it was much easier to carry through 1 door than going up and down in an elevator! The staff was most helpful and almost anticipated every question we asked - and their recommendation for a restaurant for dinner was spot...

We have been traveling since the first week in January and are on the last leg of our trip. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express with mostly good stays. When I called this hotel I was blessed to get to talk with a woman named Penny. As there are many HI Express in Albuquerque it was Penny who, with...

VERY Disappointed and feel like we chose the hotel on hotels.com feeling we could trust the brand name to be the quality we had associated with the recent stays at other Holiday Inn locations... But upon arrival, the staff told me that this was not originally built as a Holiday Inn, but had been a Motel 6 or something like...
