I found it easily. Parking was ok. The employees were great! Very welcoming, friendly, professional! I would stay here again. I had a nice upstairs room -- quiet and comfortable which is what I look for. The breakfast was good. No problems or issues at all. I loved it!

Im not so much here to talk about the hotel. Other good reviews can cover that experience. I wanted to comment on the people who work here. We have stayed at this same hotel about four times now. The hotel its self is great. Any bad reviews are people just trying to stir up trouble. We had two specific housekeepers...

This hotel is located at the back of a cluster of highway hotels that is relatively close to the old city and downtown. We used it for a couple of nights while visiting our son. It's not fancy and it's neighborhood is not particularly picturesque, but it's affordable and functional. The rooms occupy a series of tightly-fitted buildings, each having...

I've spent the last six nights at this Residence Inn in Albuquerque NM (the one on Prospect Ave). I can't say enough good things about the quality of the room, the attention from the staff and the reasonableness of the rate. We booked the room far in advance so we did get a great rate. A friend of ours meet...

Well first of all the front desk lady was rude, unprefessional, and seems way to young for this kind of job. She has not any customer service skills pretty sure you all are gonna lose some business. I asked her where Dolores was and her response was I don't know she doesn't work here. After I have been coming here...

Dear Dllscwbys1991, I would love to have a chance to speak with you directly regarding your hotel experience because it's certainly out of the ordinary. I want to verify your stay credentials because there are several strange coincidences in your comments. For instance, the former desk agent you kindly mentioned, Dolores happens to have a significant other who is a...

Amenities are this hotel are typical Residence Inn (Pool, court for tennis or basketball, outdoor grill area, etc.). However, the rooms are not typical. This place has several buildings each with 8 rooms (4 ground level and 4 upstairs). I stayed two nights; once on my way westward and once returning to Oklahoma. I was in different, but identical studio...

We stayed in a penthouse suite and as with all Residence Inns I've stayed at, the rooms are very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. I prefer this style of the chain where it's like a condo rather than a regular hotel so I was happy it had this setup. The suite had 1 bedroom with bathroom downstairs with the...

We are both Marriott Platinum members and travel extensively for business. We've been staying at this property for pleasure for several years as we visit family in Albuquerque about 6x per year. We were very excited about the renovation a few years ago and continued to choose this property. However, the last 3 stays over the last couple months were...

Dear KitKatDenver-Delray, Thank you for taking time to review my hotel. I'm disappointed to hear about your recent experiences because my staff is working each day to ensure satisfaction for our guests and in your case, we have failed to gain your satisfaction. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make this right and I hope we get a...

We stayed here for 2 nights for a basketball tournament with our 4 kids. We were in a rush to check in and get to our first game and the woman working the front desk that night (didnt catch her name, maybe Marissa or Melissa..something with an M?) was absolutely wonderful. She was very pleasant and welcoming. We had a...

My family's first time staying at Residence Inn. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are huge and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rudys BBQ, Blake's Lotaburger and Wal-Mart are just mins away and from the hotel and I-40 is easily accessible. Can't wait to stay here again.

Thank Amos D
