Scottsdale, Arizona

I just want to express my gratitude for a most pleasant experience once again with Marriott, however this one a step above. I'm from Scottsdale, AZ and reside full time at a Courtyard Scottsdale Salt River property due to the fact I have a permanent spinal cord injury and it really assists me to reside at a property as such....

This Marriott is dirty and smelly in both the guest rooms and some public areas. Our room smelled horribly of mildew and the sheets were awful (had little worn bally things on them making sleep very uncomfortable). Curtains and carpets were dirty. As a Silver Elite Marriott member I can say this place needs a lot of work to be...

We just returned from a weekend stay and we are still talking about how great the staff are as well as the food in both the Lobby Bar & Restaurant. Great quality. A special mention must go to Elmer S. in the Lobby Bar for his attention to detail and superb personality. He made us feel right at home. In...

The cleanliness was questionable. The carpet appeared dirty. There was wall paper in the bathroom that was very dingy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the highway and ABQ uptown (shopping and dining). They appear to have a problem with items being stolen out of vehicles.

Wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews. We stayed for just one night and have no complaints. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable and the bed was lovely. Bathroom was small but functional; had everything we needed. Ordered room service in the evening and had breakfast in the restaurant in...

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The facilities are excellent from the spacious fitness center and year round indoor/outdoor pool to the lounge. Unfortunately the concierge lounge is closed from Friday noon til Monday. Comfortable but small rooms. No fridge.

This location is far from a typical Marriott stay. The rooms smell awful and cleaning was marginal. Left over soap scum, hair and unlimited dust adorned the room. The air conditioning did not work, it was humid in the room until I turned off the air conditioning. The toilet didn't flush and it was constantly running. I reached out to...

This hotel is falling apart literally. There were pieces falling off the furniture and stains around the rooms. The bathrooms were so small that you had to close the door to move around. The water was leaking out of the toilet and pooling on the floor so I had to keep a towel down. The conference bathrooms water was so...

I only stayed one night while visiting Albuquerque but the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was more than adequate and there is a nice bar area. Parking is complementary. My room was on the concierge level but it was rather small but the bed was comfortable with nice crisp sheets and fluffy pillows!

Like another's have said, this is an older but solid hotel. The room was very clean but clearly dated and well used. Bathroom is one of the smallest I've seen in a full service Marriott in quite some time. My disappointment comes with the room type and elite benefits. I booked a concierge level room and as a Gold elite,...
