Beautiful hotel - stayed here on business. Although it is right in the middle of downtown, the hotel itself is very quiet. Great fitness facility, clean and large rooms. They even upgraded me to a higher floor with a great view upon arrival . Very safe hotel! Elevators have a "locK" feature after 8pm and you must use your room...

Stayed in the HR ABQ on a cross country drive from Phoenix to Ohio and was impressed by the property, service, and excellent downtown views and location. The Hyatt Regency is located in a great spot downtown with dozens of restaurants and bars within a a two block radius. The service at the front desk was prompt, efficient, and recognized...

Came here in March. I'm guessing it's the off-season? Because there was NOBODY there. We walked around the area - which was really clean and big roads. It seems like they built this beautiful city with no one to live in it. Anyway, the hotel is nice and we got a tremendous deal on it. The room was big with...

I recently stayed at the Hyatt for a conference. The room was large and very clean. One evening we were trying to coordinate dinner and we had a handicapped member of our group. She needed to leave her scooter behind to go to a local restaurant. The staff gladly stowed the scooter in a back room until we could return...

The staff was very nice & helpful, however, the heater in the pool was broken, the guest printers were out of order & the parking a bit expensive. The only other issue we had during our stay was that there was no fridge. We stayed 3 nights, 4 days and had to rely on the ice machine on the floor...

The Hyatt Regency Albuquerque is located downtown, which is not the greatest part of the city, but if you have a north-facing room you can see the hot air balloons in the sky. The lobby bar is not open on Sundays or Mondays, which is weird in a city where you can buy liquor in a grocery store on Sunday....

The Hyatt is in the Heart of the city and provides great amenities for the balloon festival week. The Balloon Fiesta is a special time and the Hyatt takes a lot of the hassles away from getting to and from the festival. We have a third party shuttle service that we provide that takes away any long wait in car...
