Booked a room at the Hyatt to stay the night after an event we were to have attended. The event was cancelled, but since we booked the room, we decided to enjoy an evening downtown and overnight stay. After we checked in, we walked to Duel brewery and tried some local beers at this new brewery and then had an...

Impossible to have a hot shower in the 4 days of my stay (with one exception: when I took my shower during lunch time...). Room not ready at check-in (at 3PM). Was never informed that room was ready, I had to show up at front desk, etc...

I stayed here two nights on a business trip. This is a nice high rise downtown business hotel. Everything was good. The "self parking" was easy with the entrance around on the other side of the building from the main hotel entrance. There is an elevator from the parking garage to the hotel lobby. I was given a very comfortable...

This is one of the better hotels in Albuquerque and I've stayed at many. The staff is courteous and attentive, the rooms are clean and well-equipped -- although some are a bit small. Valet parking is great. Location is downtown, but you can drive to anywhere in the city quickly and easily. They didn't have a record of my free...

I was in Albuquerque on business from 1/27-1/30. When I checked in, I asked the front desk staff where my conference was, he immediately pointed me to the convention center. The staff did not bother to ask if he had the right info. My conference was actually at the Hyatt. So after a long flight, I really did not need...

Good location right next to Convention Center. Large room with comfortable furnishings, although the lighting was poor. Starbucks coffee in the room! Great cable channel lineup (DirecTV with HBO). Excellent fitness center. Sadly, the bathroom amenities were sorely lacking. No hairdryer. No makeup mirror. Old tired tub and sink. Convenient self-parking in a garage (entry around the block).

The Management Staff know how to treat a Diamond member!!! I was presented with what was called an upgrade when I checked in. I went to the room and I was a little unhappy. I went back down to the Front Desk to ask was this room considered an upgrade. Not to my standard. I did share this with the...

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. However, the shower and sink water was cold most of the time and luke warm at the most. My problem after reporting this from the very first day, and asking to speak to the manager, who never contacted us, the problem never got fixed. Otherwise a great hotel.

Nice hotel, clean room, with an excellent house keeping staff! Parking attendants spoiled the entire stay. Everything from delays in getting your car... to losing car keys. Next time I will select the Double Tree which is connected to the convention center! Run!!!!!

I appreciate the positive feedback in regards to your stay. It is very unfortunate that the valet team did misplace your keys and caused a delay in your departure. I am happy to know that they were found and the time frame was not extensive. We apologize for this error and something out of the ordinary that happened.
